      In February of 2023, we reached out to Sky **** solution to get some work done on our home we met with ***** which is the owner of the company we ask him for an estimate he gave us an estimate and told us he required a deposit in order to put us on the schedule to get our work done. He wanted a deposit of $6850. We proceeded to give him the deposit. for a whole month to go by with no work getting done every time we called him, he had an excuse or a story about obtaining permits and him and his business partners are going through some stuff. We told him we would like a refund and we will get our work done somewhere else. He wrote us a check for the deposit and ask us not to cash it for like two weeks, when we did try to cash the check it bounced. We called him and told him about it. He wrote us another check and ask us to not cash that check for one week, we waited and tried to cash it a week later that check also bounce. Ive been going back-and-forth with him trying to get my money for over a year and every time I speak with him, hes telling me he has money, but the check has not clear by the bank his bank account got closed and he had to open up a new bank account, so I finally reached out to our local police department and filed fraud charges against him for issuing fraudulent checks when I inform him that I filed the report he begged me to cancel the report and he will pay me $1000 every weeks he paid me $2000 and then he went back to all the excuses again in the world do not do any business with this man or this company. He is a thief and a liar. I am currently waiting to hear back from the cops because I am resume pressing charges against him. He needs to go to jail.

      In February 2023 I signed a contract with Sky Homes Solutions (represented by ***********************) to install my new Mobile Home on my property in *******, **. The same day, on 2/13/2023 I initiated a money transfer to Sky Homes Solutions of $15'400.-About 10 days later I realized that the contract was not legitimate. Also, none of the promises made by SHS had materialized. I called and wrote to the company asking for reimbursement of the down payment of $15'400.-. I have repeatedly asked the company's representative *********************** to pay me my money back. ******* kept telling me that he will pay me back as soon as possible. A employee of ****************** by the name of ****** told me on the phone, that ****************** is having some financial issues, but that he will pay me back shortly. Again I waited several weeks en nothing happened. I then drafted a letter of intent, that Sky Homes Solutions will pay me back my money by May 8th. *************** signed the agreement. But again, 10 days went by and nothing happened.I sent ****************** text messages, Email, and I called him repeatedly. It;s now almost 3 month since I paid SHS the down payment of 15'400.- and I haven't received it back.The fraudulent part the contract consist in that ****************** included a second company on the contract by the name of **************************, General Contractor, LLC. I contacted ************** and found out that ************** was never aware that ****************** had used his company name illigally and that it was included in the contract. ********************* informed me, that in fact him too has a legal issue with ***********************. ************* also told me, that several other individuals are going threw the same issues with Sky Homes Solutions.

      I am rejecting this response because: I think its a very positive first step of Sky Homes Solutions to get the issue solved, but I prefer to  declare  satisfaction only after receiving my full rembursement on my Bank Account.

      On 04.01.23 I entered into a contract to remodel my home with Sky **** Solutions, **** The terms of the contract specified that the home would be completed within a certain time frame, the proper permits would be pulled and of course monies would be paid. The project taking longer than expected still has not been completed. I would guess the project is about 1/3rd finished. I did pay all the money to Sky Homes Solutions per contract of $150,000+. When myself and my family started questioning about the permits as agreed in contract, we were lied to then abandoned. I am 62 years old and disabled. I have sent a letter certified return receipt to the person who represented himself as a contractor from Sky Homes Solutions *************************** and it was received by him on March 16th. ****************** is the director ot the **** I still have not heard a word from him regarding a refund. I have no kitchen, live with my mother who is 80 years old and have no money left to repair the damages this company and contractor has caused to my home. A recent electrical estimate came in at over $20,000 to complete the job and re do the work that is not up to code. I found Sky Homes Solutions, LLC on BBB website. I am asking you to review your accreditation with Sky Homes Solutions and asking for any help in resolving this matter. I certainly do not want this to happen to anyone else. I do have follow up documentation that includes contract, reciepts, pictures, text etc. and will provide upon response. Thank you Sincerely, *************************
