We called this company mid June 2022 for a total kitchen resurfacing. We received an estimate on the 16 of June and paid the deposit. **** came the next day to do the measurements and wrote us it was a 30 days production time.We inquired on the 15th of July and he told us it was taking longer than expected. On the 28th of July **** himself told us by text that it was taking way to long and that he was going to call the factory. On the 10th of *************** said something was coming. Finally. On the 14th of August it received the rolls of veneer and that the door were shipped. We asked **** when the install will bi he told us we will be on next week schedule On the 22th of August we asked for some news nothing. On the 26th of August we asked again and the answer arrived on the 6th of September : **** asked if he can install the following Monday so the 12th. We said ok. Better late than never. On Sunday **** texted us he has to delay to Tuesday. We already scheduled to be here Monday morning but we had no choice. On Tuesday they arrived an hour late and this day they removed our doors and unload the new ones and said they needed another tool to cut the veneer. That was at their office for a month.**** told me that the plan was to finish Wednesday. When we got back home at 3:30 We found a man that we dont know, no **** (who literally told me that this man was not an employee). And there was only a small piece of veneer in place. We were surprised and asked what was the problem. And the man we dont became aggressive. It said he was alone and not getting paid for this job and told many times that he really dont care. The house was full of small red veneer debris everywhere. The man said he was leaving, took his tools. He became aggressive and called my wife b. and told us to f o..**** finally called us back and asked for time for a solution After a while he said he doesnt want to come back leaving us with no doors and desperate

That complaint couldn't be further from the truth. Two sides to every story right? Yes, the doors were badly delayed, not my fault, the order was placed right when I said I did. As a small business with all of the supply chain issues it has been very difficult to source all materials needed and nearly impossible to get them in a timely manner. Yes the veneer was nearly impossible to cut. You wanted high gloss red, only one company even sells that for good reason and I had never dealt with this company or that particular veneer. I got the proper bit to cut it and sent my guy back to complete the job. I will totally agree and say that my guy probably did not act in the professional way that he should have. It did help to set him off when your wife called him American Scum 3x. That would set nearly anyone off. Even with that said he should have held his tongue, gathered his tools and left. I offered to complete the job myself but you decided to harrass me with extremely aggressive calls and text messages all hours of the day for over 48 hours. You never even calmed down for a second to accept a rational conclusion for this. I was even made aware that you went into the company that the doors were purchased through and harrassed them and were extremely aggressive with them. They said your wife was the main problem. Anyways, I tried to fix it, I wanted a calm and rational conclusion to the problem. Its cabinets afterall, all things with cabinets can be fixed. ***** died here. You are not a rational human or a very nice one. You stated to me that you have a problem with all contractors that work on your house, now I see why. All you have paid for is the cost of the doors and you have them. Hire another company to install whats left to be done and pay them the money that you were going to owe me if I finished the job. Its that simple. Move on in life, there is far more to worry about than this.
