01/26 contracted with ************************* ************ with Kitchenrus **** ********************************************** for a kitchen remodel, kitchen counter tops and back splash, 50% of the contracted rate for job was paid 01/26/24, Check for $6740 given.. He came out to job site that week with step son ******* to remove old cabinets and backsplash and get kitchen more kitchen layout and measurements. When Cabinets arrive 02/07/2024 to job site he requested another 35% of payment check for $4318 again given for job . he came out built and installed cabinets. my kitchen is less then 160 Sq. feet small kitchen. After that so many family Emergency and issue came up I tried to work with him thru the process... Many days no call no show thru process. On 02/17/24 we went to ***** warehouse for Granite view to select our counter tops. Selection made however days of excuse family issue, completing of other job in between. Thru this whole process spring break hit and this man is no where to be found, call, text voicemail and contact thru social media. no response for days to come to find out he had pick up a job in ******** and will not gave day of return and has lied about everything no counter tops picked up called and confirmed with counter top warehouse. I have an unfinish kitchen no sink no counters nothing waiting over three months. He has too be looked into has several accounts listed for business and the address listed for business does not belong to him. He is using an old address for his closed business..
