On 09/11/2020 I had a delivery of red rock and lime rock deliver to my home. during the second load the delivery driver asked me if I had an irrigation system and I told him yes However he actually had rolled over one of the water main pipe cover located on the utility easement with his forklift which in turn broke the pipe and flooded my front yard. The City of Tampa had to come out and do an emergency repair of the pipe because the water created a sink hole on the south east corner of the front yard flooding my whole yard with gushing sand and water throughout my cauls de sac causing irreparable damage to my front yard and my next door neighbors yard. My entire neighborhood had to boil water for 10 days. I reach out to BIG EARTH to inform them of what occurred on several occasions. I asked their corporate office for their certificate of insurance which they refused and told me that I allowed their driver on to my property. I hired an attorney to send them a form letter which they never responded to. None of my messages or emails were ever returned. It has been almost two years and they have not reached out to me to date to replace the Royal Palms that died and replace the grass that died as a result of my yard being covered with water and sand over 72 hours
