    Stupid and inexperienced only way to sum it up. Sent $ ***** to an attorney for collection on items they never delivered and/or were wrong.They can't prove it.There accounting is unorganized . There ***************** control is unorganized. The never provided such materials.Prove it. They cant. We have about 10 emails back and forth with them Constantly have to Manage there ill trained staff that can't grasp there jobs.Do not recommend doing business with this company. They take no accountability.

    Great product, but BUYER BEWARE. 12/21/23 - I receive a call from Meaghan in the accounting office that I have a past due invoice from 7 months prior that needs to be paid before the end of the year. I explain I don't have terms and I'm always required to pre-pay with a credit card before my order goes into production. Meaghan says that they had an employee back then that wasn't following the rules but they have since been let go. She says she has a pickup slip with my signature and I need to pay. After a lot of back and forth I can't find any payments on my credit card in March so I agree to pay the open invoice out of a credit from a few returned materials from the previous month. I receive the payment receipt and the signed pickup slip. IT WASN'T MY SIGNATURE. It was for a material I'd never purchased or used. I immediately call her back and leave a voicemail explaining that the purchase wasn't mine. I sent her an email stating the same. I call 3 more times that afternoon with no response. To keep a very long story short, I've called every single week since paying the fraudulent invoice. I've never received a single call or email from Meaghan. I have spoken to John in the office on several occasions and every time he says you need to be patient Meaghan will get back to you (once actually yelling it at me). 2/2/23 - I finally decided to go to the office in person to get it sorted out. I found John at the front office and asked for Meaghan. He said she's not there. I asked for her supervisor. He said she doesn't have a supervisor. I said we need to get this sorted out, she hasn't ever called or emailed once in 6 weeks. He then proceeded to escort me out of the building! I couldn't believe how I was being treated. Accidently having me pay a fraudulent invoice is absolutely understandable. Never responding to me once is unacceptable. Not correcting the mistake is unacceptable. I never even got a "we're looking into it."
