      May 28 I tried to login and got a message that my account was suspended.reached out to support which took for ever to get a responce and she ended up giving me her personal cell number called she sent me a for for apex which needs my account number that I dont have reached out multiple times with no responce I only got a response when I reached out to legal aid and they reached out to monorail ***** the customer service representative gave them false information and contact information for apex that was not able to be used.I have all of are correspondence and it shows their lack of willingness and help to get my money back. I honestly dont think this company is legit ***** is the only person I have ever spoken to they have no phone number or people in higher positions to reach out to according to ************ would just like my money back.

      Good Morning, This is ***************************** CEO of Monorail. This has been an ongoing issue with APEX not Monorail. ***** has forwarded all the necessary information to the client regarding Apex to try and help resolve the matter. Again, this is an Apex problem not Monorail.

      I requested a withdrawl from my investment account on May 17, 2022. A month later I have not received my money. I understand there are requirements involving SEC filings that can take 10 to 15 business days. It has been A MONTH. They stopped responding to my inquiries on the app several days ago.

      Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/13) */ This response was taken verbally by the BBB: The consumer called our office on 6/20 and we resolved the issues with them. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/07/13) */ Once I filed a complaint, in numerous platforms not just BBB, they were quick to resolve my issue. This however does not excuse their lack of response to direct inquiries. While I am satisfied with the eventual outcome, the overall experience was unpleasant and I wouldn't recommend their services.
