2/22/23 I brought my brand-new electric scooter into this business to be sold on nov 9th 2022..We started calling and going there in june of 2023.We explained to the owner that the guy that we gave it to never gave us any copies to the agreement. We were in there for over an hour the 1st time cause they couldn't find our paperwork or scooter. We asked why was our scooter not there"he said it's on a demo at a place".We never agreed to let them take the scooter out and let everyone ride on it at and take it to numerous places. We were told it would stay there and people that came in the store would look at it.Come to find out that the scooter was always out being ***** by numerous people.I beleiev they are renting our scooters out to people. We were told by the owner *************************** on or around july 1st when we went in there to get the scooter back that it was out again on a demo for people to try and ride.We told them we didn't agree to everyone all the time riding it cause thats how it will get damaged and we will lose money. It was brand new when we brought it there with all the paperwork, battery and everything that came with it.We went back in on Aug 4 and told the owner ***** again we want to the scooter back. We told them you've had it for **** months.Everytime we went in there to get it back the owner refused to give it to us.He said he could never find it. We askes again why isn't it there. He said we signed a contract giving them permission to take it all over town and let tons of people ride on it.He handed us a copy of the contract which was not correct. We brought the scooter in in nov of 2022.We have been up there a couple times trying to get the scooter back and everytime they could not find the scooter or our paperwork. When we went in today on 8-4-23 he asked which scooter was ours.I walked up to 2 brand new scooters and said one of these is ours.Ours was brand new and had all the stuff with it.He then drove up on a very old one that the seat was all ripped up and the paint was chipped off all over.It looked like someone had dropped it on the road.I told him that that old one was not ours that ours was brand new.He again couldnt find our scooter or paperwork. He then stated that her scooter was out on demo(which meant being test driven all over by people)which we never agreed to and told him that everytime we came there trying to get possesion of our scoooter. He said i think were about to sell your scooter.I said you say that everytime we comre in here telling you to give our scooter back.He always refuses to give it back to us.I started getting loud with him cause i know he was tyrying to rip us off and lie to us .Weve asked and went in there numerous times demanding our scooter back.He would never give it to us.I said very loudly"call whoever has our scooter and get it back here now cause were taking it home.He refused again and called someone and then told us that it was just sold.We said no we told you numerous times we want our scooter back and you refuse everytime. It states in the contract that if the scooter isnt sold in the first 180 days we are to pick up the scooter and take it back home.We have came up numerous times telling them to give it back and we will pay whatever fees we owe. They refused everytime. We came in again today 8-4-23 telling them we want it back.he said he couldn't find it or our paperwork again. We said we want it back, youve been telling us for 4 months it almost sold.He called someone while we were there and the guy on the phone said they just sold it.We said thats nice but we told you before this numerous times that we wanted our scooter back and you refuse everytime. He hands us a check for $250.00.We payed $1600.00 for that scooter,it was brand new and he gives us a check for $250.00.I told him that weve told you over and over and come in there and tell you to your face that we want the scooter back.He always said the scooter was never there. He forced us to take the check for $250.00 because he refused to give the scooter back to us.Im sure they have video and sound cameras that will prove we told him today and other days that we wanted our scooter back. Please help.I have parkisons. He toook advantage of me.I ***** a ft caregiver that was with me everytime i went in there to tell him to give the scooter back.My caregiver got into an argument with him on 8-4-23 because she also everytime, numerous times told him that we wanted our scooter back.He started yelling at her.We want our brand new scooter back .I believe he is renting the electric scooters out by the hour or the day because everytime you go in there no matter what day or time it is your scooter or stuff you are consigningh with them is never there. They always tell you there out on demos which none of us agreed to.Most of the customers that go there are disabled and the elderly. He is taking advantage of them and stealing and ripping people off.

      To whom it may concern,

Please read the fully executed attached consignment agreement that we provide EVERYONE who wishes to have us sell their used medical equipment for them! As you can see by the attached consignment agreement that was fully executed by ******************************* herself with her very own signatures we held up our agreement and she was paid in full. Her scooter was used and not in perfect condition as she claims!! We sold the used scooter for a good price and she was paid out accordingly as clearly spelled out in the contract!! I have been in this business for over 30 years and have NEVER taken advantage of anyone EVER go read all of my reviews online!!!!!!!!!!! I do not take it lightly to be accused of taking advantage of someone who brought their own used equipment on their own will and signed an agreement for me to sell for them I take offense to this accusation!!! I have held up my end of the bargain as clearly stated in our agreement and for this customer to agree to the terms as she did, her attack on my integrity is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! She knew exactly what she was signing at the time of the initial contract it was CRYSTAL ********************************************************************** MOTION4LESS, LLC
