This letter is to clarify the resolution regarding Ms. ********* account and a recent repair service performed on January 4, 2024, for $5,000.
We understand that Ms. ******* initially disputed the charges associated with this repair. As a gesture of goodwill, we opted to cover the additional repairs needed and waive the charges of $2600 for the additional repairs.
Ms. ******* believed the dispute had been resolved in her favor. In exchange for us covering the additional repairs and waiving the $2,600 fee, she repaid the $5,000 at that time. Subsequently, the dispute was unfortunately decided against Ms. ******** We promptly rectified this by issuing Ms. ******* a full refund of the $5,000, and the matter is now fully resolved.
**************** also stated that her daughter wrote the BBB review and not her.
