      I shipped a vehicle to the dealership which I was to be reimbursed. I have yet to receive reimbursement and text messages and email are ignored and with no response.

      In late December of 2021, I purchased a used 2019 Aston Martin from Sarasota Lamborghini in Sarasota, Florida. As I live in San Diego, California, this purchase was done remotely. There were numerous pictures posted on their website as well as Car Gurus but none of them identified the significant problems with the car. After completing the sale and having the car shipped to me, I quickly noticed serious problems with the car including two dents on the hood, a cracked front spoiler/bumper, incredibly squeaky brakes, an operable radio, and a warning notice that the car was past due for the 3 year service. I sent pictures of the damage and estimates for all of the work and was told by the General Manager, Raj S., that they 'would make it right'. Unfortunately, this was not true as Raj S. no longer returns my calls nor does he respond to emails. I've tried to contact the dealership but they do not answer the phone. To date, I have spent $1,600 on new brakes, $1,636 for the 3 year service, $300 to repair the dents and $275 to fix the radio, I still need to replace the front spoiler which Aston Martin estimated at $3,974. While the total costs to repair the car exceed $7,775, I only requested a settlement of $5,092. Had I known of these issues that a reputable business would have highlighted, I would not have purchased the car. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this including texts on Jan 8th, 10th, 12th, 24th, Feb 3rd and 10th. I also have records of calls on Jan 30th, February 7, February 11th, and February 23rd. I also sent several emails to Raj including Jan 10th and 30th. I am attaching pictures of the damage as well as my settlement request. My sincere thank you for your assistance in this matter. ***** *********

      The car was delivered to CA, and by the time the vehicle showed up it had a crack in the front splitter. After a couple weeks of going back and forth I offered to split the difference with him and it did not get resolved.

      I am rejecting this response because I did not receive an offer to 'split the difference' on the request for $5,092.  It has been 19 months since the incident but I will accept half payment in the amount of $2,125 which is half of the front spoiler cost plus the hood dent repair.
