Horrible experience and deceptive sales tactics. The advertised price on their web site and Autotrader.com, had a used truck for 23k. After I drove it and agreed to start the process, they gave me a work sheet that was 28k. I questioned and they said "the price online at Autotrader was wrong". I checked their website and it said 23k. Now it's three days later and both still say 23k for this truck. I have alerted the Florida ************************ about this and gave a statement with screen shots.Do not go to these dishonest group.

Worst service ever!!! Highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle to them. I took my vehicle in 3 months ago for warranty work and I still don't have it back. When I call I get nothing but back peddling and lies, not to mention no one returns calls when they say they will. If I could give negative stars it would definatley be a -10.

The Plattner Chevy Buick in Belle Glade are scam artist, and liars. They also had a truck with tampered vehicle runtime/ mileage. When I brought this up to them they kicked us out. There was over 5000 in hidden fees they tried to charge for services they did not do the the vehicle we were looking at. They said the did a paint protection clear coat but the truck was not even washed. They charges for the pin stripe paint even tho there was none. They said they used nitrogen in the tires which they didn’t the were all low and had different caps on the stems. After driving three hours to get there I left without a vehicle because of all the lies.

I purchased two cars from 2 Plattner dealerships over the last 2 years. I love the service I received and the vehicle is great!

A lot of false advertising. Went to get a new vehicle (my 8th from there) and in 2 weeks changed my price and added 950.00 more on. Then told me my vehicle went down in value by 2000.00 Do not trust these people and the service department is not good.

Do not take your vehicle to White Ford in Chiefland, FL. WORST service department I have ever encountered. My truck has been there for 5 weeks waiting on a recall replacement drive shaft. They tell me they will have it ready.. tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I have asked numerous times for someone in the service department to call me back regarding the status of the recall. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS! I have been MORE than patient. I have been driving Ford Trucks for over 45 years. WORST Ford Dealer ... EVER. If there was an option for a - negative star, I would choose that. There is not, so I am choosing 1 star which is being EXTREMELY generous. I rate this dealership a MINUS 10!

Bait and switch. Advertised truck for $11,998 and out the door was over $20,000. We were a cash buyer and no financing was necessary. Can't remember all the listed price hikes, however one example of how they raised the price by $8000 was that $2000 was added for no trade in. We walked out...Buyer beware..

I have never run across a dealership (Quincy) that went from outstanding to a nightmare within a year or so. Completely out of control regarding service personnel management and quality of work. Four returns, some within 5 minutes when a strut improperly installed made it sound as if the frame had broken and the ends were beating against each other when going over bumps...I was advised by the service manger to just keep driving over all the bumps I could find because the strut needs to "settle in". Another 5 minute return after a second attempt to align the Park Avenue left the steering wheel about 180 degrees off of horizontal. Cabin filter cover left off, which I replaced myself with a lot of difficulty. Two foot run of heavy grease on the carpet...another two hours spent by me. Oil leaks continue in spite of being "repaired.".There are no words to describe the comprehensive incompetence. The clincher was being told by the service manager that the techs could not get the oil level correct after changing the oil because of "the engine pressure". Great concern was expressed about the meaning of that...though it has no meaning. Please wait at least a year or two before going to this particular shop. Maybe by then it will have been resuscitated by competent mechanics who are well trained, and a service manager who respects the customer's intelligence. When presented with these truthful facts the highest level of corporate management denied any relief other than taking it back to the same shop, which no one in their right mind would do..

Horrible group to do business with. Ordered a Bronco through them and when it finally came in they marked it up more than $20,000 over MSRP and refused to budge on the number. They wouldn't even have it on their lot if it weren't for our reservation and ordering it through them. No other dealerships in our area, or most of the country, doing this. Then they had the nerve to advertise it to the general public at MSRP on the same day they refuse to sell it to me at anything less than marked up price. Go elsewhere or get it in writing and have an attorney on retainer. Not worth it.
