I really don't understand these people. Once you get there, they are nice people but they are stuck in the past century.They have an online form of contact but they completely ignore your communications, never answer, but they read them as they told me.First time I used their website form, was to give them notice of an upcoming firearm. No answer, so I had to call them again and waste more time. Second time I asked them if I they would order a particular firearm for me, also zero answer.I had a firearm coming to their store and changed the delivery to another store just because why bother giving any business to people who completely ignore you.I guess business is well and they don't need to answer communications, but thats a very rude way to treat customers.I guess you are not considered a customer unless you show up there and buy something they have in stock. But thats not how the world works. Not even large gun stores will have any meaningful stock, so a pawnshop gun selection is quite beyond ridiculous, they should know that.Also, no clue about simple regulations.Even if you buy online and take more than three business days to be delivered to them (pretty much always), they will moronically make you wait for another three business days after you did your paperwork. They don't even know you can pick up three days after of your online purchase when you dont have the **** They go by the transfer date, which has nothing to do with purchase date. They just make you waste more time. I found another place where they actually can comprehend simple English words and will release your purchase based in the date of purchase, as the law very explicitly says. So not coming again.Definitely stay away for gun related transactions.
