A few weeks after the work was done we were losing water in the pool so we hired a company to find the leak. It turns out that when they refinish the pool they didn't seal the main drain to prevent debris from getting in to the pipes so we had piles of rubble in the pipes backed up so far that we couldn't clear it and ended up having to close off and not use the main drain anymore. Of course I called and email ***************** but got no response . Also, a few months after the pool was completely redone, sections of it came off as you can see in the photos, and we had more than half of the tiles come off. He had said he was going to repair the bond beam as well as use a brand name product which he clearly did not fix because we can see behind the tiles that fell off the bond beam is still cracked and did not in fact the brand name product he agreed we found out recently he used a knockoff product and he basically just glued on new tiles and didn't correct our cracked Bond beam. He also said the concrete slab was going to get raised and filled because it had collapsed. That was not done. d. By the way, we never did receive an invoice, the reason we needed it was so we could get rebated for the sewer portion of our water bill, we didn't get that rebate either.

I contracted with Amazon Pools to resurface my pool. They did a great job except one area had a crack and a bubble in the new coat of surface material. I called and ****** came and checked the area and agreed to repair it. They were busy and said it would be a few weeks. It has now been over a year and even after repeated phone calls they have not repaired the pool surface. The area where the repair is needed will eventually bubble and crack off exposing the pool to leakage perhaps but in the least the plaster peeling off will be noticeable with the blue color being peeled off. This would be a simple repair on their part but they no longer answer my calls. *********************** is the man who oversees the job. All I want is a simple repair which they already agreed should be done and agreed to do. My next step will be to file a claim to the court. I prefer not to do this but I may have to. They now are completely unresponsive yet the defect in the resurfacing is noticeable to the eye with several cracks and a bubble that will soon peel off.

I had filed a complaint with BBB a few months after Amazon resurfaced of my pool. There was immediately a crack in the surface of the pool. They had promised to come back and repair it so I gave them time. When they did not repair it I filled the first complaint with BBB. ************************* then called and said his wife had cancer and that he also was not able to work for some time. He apologized and said he would repair the pool within a few months of the time of the complaint. I even gave him a month long window whent the house was going to be unoccupied and he said he could repair it in that time. He never scheduled the repair. I talked to him several times. He still has not repaired it as he said. I don't know if he lied or just never bothered to ************** it.

      Sincerely,

      *************************
