I would like to dispute the Mechanic Lien placed on my property and below is an explanation as to why.Hello,I received a Mechanics lien on my property by **** Craft *********************************************** and the reason why there is still an outstanding balance is because the work has not been completed. The reason that this is an issue, is because Ritz Craft did not follow the scope of work and get the power for the pool lights from the breaker panel that was designated for the lights and instead took my sprinkler well pump power and used it for the lights and that left my well pump without power, so now I have no sprinklers to water my yard. The result is that Ritz Craft has to run a new power supply from the breaker panel that was designated for the pool lights out to my sprinkler pump to restore power, that they decided to use instead of what was designated for the pool lights, this will involve removing pavers that were already installed and digging a trench out to the pump pad, lay the piping, pull new wire and connect it to the breaker in the panel that was originally designated for the pool lights and replace the pavers. ********** is well aware after discussions that we have had about that issue and a few others that still aren't finished. They have concrete over spray all over the house wall, windows and doors, they came out and cleaned one area off and said that they are finished. I did show them pictures of the unfinished walls and they still have not come back to finish cleaning the concrete off of the walls. The owner of Ritz Craft *********************************************** knows all about these issues and I have stated to them that once the work is completed that I would make the final payment and we can be done with this, but they decided to leave the work unfinished and put a lien on my property because of their lack of professionalism. I would like the lien removed from my property because it was done on false pretenses, the new power ran to the sprinkler pump and finish cleaning walls Thank You,

**************** was contacted many times and he did come up with a list which we immediately addressed this included cleaning walls.  We completely disagree with his assessment of the electrical and hire only licensed electricians.  This electrician hooked the electric up per code as it had to be done and we stand by his work.  After our punch list items were complete we tried to contact *****************  He would not answer or return any emails despite us telling him that we have no choice but to protect ourselves by filing a lien, which is our right as we had a contract that he did not fulfill.  We are very reasonable to work with so if **************** would like us to remove the lien he should contact us direct and agree to pay his invoice.

************ is confused as to how long it takes to build a pool and there is no way anyone in our office would say **** weeks.  We can build a pool in 6 months but cages these days are another issue.  Since Covid hit they have been backed up on material and labor and unfortunately for us and our customers this means it can take an extended amount of time to finish the project.  Things are starting to get better now and we hope it continues.  We do our best with constant contact to stay at the top of the list with cage companies.  **************** project has been completed and closed for some time now.  His remarks on the pavers were directed at some pavers underneath wear a gutter was going so rain would come right off his roof and dump in the same area of pavers causing some wash out.  We told him once the cage gutter was up we would fix, which we did.

We are not ones to file formal complaints, however we are at end of our patience with these folks. Its the beginning of November which marks the third entire month of not being able to swim in our pool due to copper in the water adhering to the surface and efforts to re-stabilize the water after the copper treatment was used. The following timeline provides the details of the pool completion the end of March to present date. The importance of providing the timeline is to reflect the very limited time we have been able to enjoy our pool. To summarize the pool project: 1. Pool completed last week in March 2. Pool had to "cure" for at least a month before we could swim. 3. We started swimming in the pool the second week in May 4. We were able to enjoy swimming in the pool June and July 5. Copper in the pool turning the surfaces black began first we at least a month before we could swim. 6. We started swimming in the pool the second week in May 7. We were able to enjoy swimming in the pool June and July 8. Copper in the pool turning the surfaces black began first week in August It was later discovered by a 3rd party, that Ritzcraft incorrectly installed the plumbing connected to the pool heater which ultimately created the issues we are currently experiencing. In addition, we also discover the pool maintenance provided by Ritzcraft has contributed to the issues. We have not been able to swim in the pool since the first week in August (3 full months). We have reached out on numerous occasions and receive the same "canned" responses of, "you're on the list, or we're waiting on a part." We have had enough and just want to be able to use our pool! We are seeking immediate action, and the pool be fixed now.. We are in counsel and prepared to take legal action for restitution, and resolution.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/09) */ **** we are very sorry to hear that you have lost patience. We know there was a problem with your gas heater and it was putting metals into the surface, which we had to treat which meant you could not swim during that 2 week period. I understand your frustration as it took a few weeks of chasing the manufacturer to get out and determine that was in fact the issue. Unfortunately there are steps we must go through with a warranty issue. It has also taken us a couple weeks to get a part replacement. I assure you during normal times this doesn't happen. Unfortunately this is frustrating on our patience as well. Please understand we want this done as fast as you do. Hopefully things get back to normal soon. In the meantime your pool came out gorgeous and I hope you get many years of enjoyment our of it. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Per an email from the owner on October 25th, this was expected to be resolved with in a week of that email (November 1st). Today in November 12th, no communication from the company other than the responses to the formal complaint, no resolution, and I still have a pool that I cannot use. The response from the company is the SAME canned response with no urgency or action. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/12/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The issue has not been resolved. The business has been none responsive for just over a month. When calling the office, the ownership refuses to come to the phone. Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2021/12/24) */ The equipment warranty was with the manufacturer but of course we go to bat for our customers and make sure the matter gets resolved. Unfortunately there are problems with the supply chain right now and warranties are taking longer than they normally do. The manufacturer had their representative go to the ********** subdivision but Mrs. ******** would not allow the guard at the gate to grant access. So the warranty rep was there to fix the problem and was turned away. I emailed the client and said the rep could come out and fix the problem and the reply I received was "NO". I really don't know what else we can do.
