Ordered part on October 24th- order #SO-103176PSD- it was for a gulfstream ******* BTU Pool Heat Pump- HE125-R-A for $3,158.26 including tax and shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on November 5th and it did not arrive. Called the company and the phone number doesn't work. Sent email to the 2 listed email addresses and they were returned to me as non-deliverable. Tried the chat feature on the website and there was no response. Put electronics request into bank to get a refund for it and nothing has happened.Initial Complaint

I ordered pool stabilizing granules from this company 10-18-22 and was to be delivered by 10-27-22 , no delivery. I have emailed them , tries their chat on their website , asking about my order, and received no responses . They charged my credit card $17.10 shortly after I placed the order . I have tried to call the phone number they have listed many times and it appears the phone is not in service . Any information or help would be appreciated , thanks, ***Initial Complaint

I have placed three on-line orders from their website for hayward pool parts ..they charge my credit card and even give a ship date...They never have shipped any of my orders to me...Initial Complaint

On 8/29/22 I ordered $158.33 worth of pool supplies using a debit card.The card was charged, but I have not received the goods, and the company will not respond to emails or chats. Their phone number has been disconnected.
