            In May 2021, we contacted Jon H. of Infinity Pressure Washing and Sealing, LLC, who represented that he would be available to install pavers, creating a patio at our home in Siesta Key in the area outside the front door. The job included removing the former surface, adding the appropriate base and laying the hardscape, which would take a total of 1-2 weeks. Although paver installation is not listed as one of Infinity's areas of specialization, Jon warranted that it was a job he "and his crew" (who we never met) were equipped and available to handle. Soon after, Jon requested payment, by check to his company, in the amount of $2,000, on June 16th, followed by another payment on June 18th for $1,300, and another on June 28th for $1,396, followed by a check made out to him, personally, for $1,500. All payments were made by my elderly mother, and Jon dug a muddy mess and eventually never returned claiming Covid, food poisoning, deadly car crashes and sending incoherent texts.

            they are kind. courteous, HONEST and go above and beyond anything and everything! Myself and all of our neighbors, friends and family all use and WILL ONLY use INFINITY. We had our pavers sealed by another company and it turned out terrible. Well we happen to get a flyer in the mail shortly after and it was for INFINITY PRESSURE WASHING & SEALING they had a discount going on for seal coating so we called Jon that same day (we had went and got estimates from a few other seal coating business and they all charged for the estimate and were very uncomfortable we felt going over there estimates which were astronomical they now had to remove the sealant off that was put on) the moment we greeted him at the door he made us feel like we were his family! There estimates are 100% FREE (BY THE WAY) we explained the situation and that we were on a budget . Jon sat us down showed us his cost to strip off the sealant and charged us just the COST of what ever chemicals they use to remove it. Jon and his wife (truly family owned) also (the company would not answer our calls and were very rude in messages) so Jon went and found him got him to apologize for the way he treated me a women and my husband. Jon showed us what his cost was going to be for he and his wife to reseal (after the removal of the sealant that was put on by the other company) and since we were not getting a refund for what was done to our pavers he and his wife broke down there cost and wrote us up a estimate were they would only profit 150$ he refused when we insisted to charge us for his labor that he would not and he just said call me again when you need some thing done he wants lifetime customers not onetime and HE AND HIS WIFE ARE THE ONLY pressure cleaning seal coating company we have ever used since or WILL EVER USE FOR THE REST OF OUR LIFES!!!! He also threw in a free house wash! do yourself a favor cal infinity pressure washing & sealing LLC EVERY SINGLE FAMILY MEMBER, NEIGHBOR, FRIEND that we have referred to them said the EXACT SAME THING and do!!!!!!! CALL INFINITY PRESSURE WASHING & SEALING LLC see for yourself
