    All I needed was my gutters cleaned out. I went to Home Advisor for recommendations as I had problems with Angi's list previously, but didn't realize that read closely and you will see that Home Advisor says "powered by Angi". Anyway, I had barely finished sending my request and I got a phone call from a very nice lady who absolutely couldn't do more to fulfill my request. I always thought I was good at picking out the fake people but boy did I get taken on this one. Their website said they were BBB accredited, they are not!! And having lived in Sarasota for 70 years, the name Yoder made me think they must be good. Anyway, Josh Yoder, the owner showed up in about an hour because he "just happened to be in the area". Heard that before?? My Realtor was here with me at the time and heard the whole conversation. I had checked with others on general prices to clean gutters, that is all I needed done at the time, and had figured it would be between $100 and $150. By the time Mr. Yoder got done it was $960 because they use a special soft cleaning process and I also needed my house, barn pool deck, sidewalks and yard (haha) pressure washed. Stupid me, he was really a salesman and I agreed. He had said all chemicals were mild and safe. Read reviews on google which show all 5 stars but if you read them you will find they are not. Their chemicals will kill your plants which they are not responsible for, not safe for pets etc. Also, you aren't told that you need to move your furniture off your pool deck if that is done, but when they arrive and you haven't moved it then well they will just have to charge you to move it. All the stuff they clean off your roof is still on the ground in your planters etc. but for a price they will pick it up. Sadly I am running out of room here but I could go on and on. NO I did not let them do my job!! They could offer to do it free and I wouldn't let them do it. This unfortunately has given me a bad feeling for anyone named Yoder.

    Customers BRWARE I hired UBA took pressure wash my gutters home and sidewalk they use such harsh bleach my collectible challenger has bleach all over the hood of my car my black pants have all bleach marks all over them frogs were out side dying a slow death of bleach poisoning Josh Y refused to come and see damages which I sent to him showing bleach on my car and clothing This company is neglecant and harmful to animals I just learned the hard way plus getting estimates on UBA pressure washing damages to my possessions Avod at all costs only in buissness one year!!!!!!
