      Susan G. has been otherwise unresponsive to my quest to rent a commercial property that MS&C is representing. I had an official signed LOI and receive an initial written response, but then nothing. My counter offer to the property owner went unreturned for weeks and weeks. I don't know if Susan G. even sent my counter to them, as per I have no proof.
      I repeatedly asked her associate Amber G. for a response but after several weeks never received one. No response regarding my offer, if it was sent, or if the Owner countered.

      I reached out to the property owners rep. directly, but got no responses from them. Then magically an MS&C agent responded by saying that the property was no longer available.

      Did Susan and MS&C corroborate with the owners reps, or did she just decide to not present my offer? My forthcoming state complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission may reveal these answers. If these facts are proved accurate I feel that she should be fired and her license terminated.

      Otherwise, from a basic standard of care point of view this was a total failure of MS&C and they should not be able to get away with this to the public again.

      Please understand that as a real estate brokerage company we are bound by confidentiality and cannot disclose specific details surrounding this matter as there were other parties involved. However, I can assure you that all offers, and counteroffers were communicated timely. It is ultimately the owner's decision whether to move forward with an offer. While we appreciate the disappointment in not being able to secure the property desired, we feel that our agent acted appropriately, professionally, and timely in this matter and the owner of the property chose to go a different route.

      I disagree. "Professionally, and timely in this matter" would include some sort of documented phone call or other form of conveyance to the applicant of the owner's decision, which I did not receive. I contacted MS&G several times to follow up with my counteroffer but did not receive any responses on a decision by the owner. Thus, after receiving no correspondence from my realtor (MS&C) for months, and as the applicant with a signed LOI, I felt compelled to contacted the owner directly.

      MS&C did act very unprofessional and did not provide me with any final decision in a timely matter.
      When I reached out to the owner the unit was still being advertised as "available" according to their website.
      This non decision from kept me engaged with this property for months, incurring damages to my business.

      The BBB needs to hold MS&C accountable for this terrible service failure, and now with what looks like a patently untrue written response.

      Dishonest from the get go. Though I really wanted to trust my agent, the choice of inspectors and title company proved that honesty isn't a priority. After endless emails & calls to Saunders I was left with no alternative than to contact the State Board. Now I'm stuck with a house that was overpriced that has multiple problems that "their" inspector did not disclose. I look like a complete chump to my new HOA after MSC Title claimed to have gotten my approval and paid the HOA dues, but didn't. I wouldn't buy or sell a dog house that had any association with Michael Saunders & Company.

      It is unfortunate that Mr. *** was disappointed with the service he received from our company. Mr. *** did not bring up any issues or concerns throughout his transaction and indicated to our agent that he felt the property he purchased had a fair price. Also, our title representative handled his closing in 9 business days from receipt of the contract, during the holiday season.

      It was approximately a month after the closing that Mr. *** brought up concerns which were responded to by our agent, title representative and title manager.

      As it relates to the HOA, our title representative provided him with the estoppel that confirmed no approval was required by the HOA. She also provided proof of payment of the HOA dues.

      Again, it is unfortunate that Mr. *** was not satisfied with the representation he received from our company. However, we feel that our agent and title representative acted professionally before, during, and after the transaction.

      Sadly the business comment above continues to prove their dishonesty. This had nothing to do with my sales agent, it was strictly the title company agent. I was not made aware of any issues until a month after closing whenever I made direct contact with the HOA. Once I was informed that nothing was provided to the HOA, nor had the HOA payments been made I contacted MSC Title where I was treated like a dog. Strangely the HOA was then paid THAT day, but not before the rude end old from Katie at MSC Title were received by me.
      To date, Not one person from Michael Saunders has contacted me in regards to this ordeal. Their response above is so disappointing that they are still lying and covering.
