    Came to spend a week with our family for the second year in a row. First year was amazing, this year HORRIBLE. we arrived at our condo in the evening after the office was closed. Our condo was VERY dirty. This was a 3 bedroom condo, there was urine and feces, along with egg looking things on all the beds. Sheets were inside out like they were just flipped. The couch had dirt, bugs, food and hair all in the cushions. My party of 8 people had to go and rent a hotel that night due to the condition of the room and our little ones. We also purchased $600.00 in groceries and the fridge was not staying cold so we lost what we could not put in the hotels mini fridge. Spoke to the manager Michelle the next day, she looked at the condo and agreed that it was dirty. She proceeded to ask if they could clean the room and that be good enough, we asked for another condo and they accomodated. We could not get into this room until 5pm that evening. They told us to go to the pool, beach or get something to eat. We asked to be compensated for the hotel rooms and some of our groceries. Michelle said she would have to think about it. Four days later when we called to check, she said she would compensate us for $257.00, Our Hotel was $300.00. Michelle said that was all she could do and we could have just stayed in that room. She also said there was nothing she could do and its too bad. Very unprofessional for the money you spend. I also asked her if she would sleep in urine and feces and ahe refused to answer. I do NOT recommend speaking to Michelle as she thinks she is the owner of the place and we are **** on her shoe. They should compensate us for atleast the hotel, but with this Hassel it should be more.
