********** We had our 20+ year old tile roof replaced last month to a standing seam metal roof. We chose SRQ Building Services as it would was the most reasonable of three estimates. We decided to have the gutters replaced as well to match the roof color. We are very pleased with our new roof. The house looks incredible too! The company, SRQ Building Services, was very good about listening to our concerns and addressing issues along the way. ****, *** and **** were easy to talk to. The roofing crew were friendly and were very dedicated to the roofing job. A great group of workers! In fact, today, you dont always find workers that stay on task, keep the site tidy, are personable, and produce an excellent product. Best of all, lots of rain now, no leaking! Thank you all at SRQ Building Services! We love our new roof!

After *** last September I had interviewed at least a dozen different roofing contractors and gotten a range of 9k to 26k$ (which they cam ein under) for shingles on my roof:( as srq building services said; 13 square roof.. ( i was quoted by some (guess i can't say here who)-'20squares roof'... ( in other words a not very big single story residential ****sqf job. .. which they came in and did in 2 days' and kept clean-! (& yes in the start it's: 'we will get it done in 2 months' ~no exact date', but then (just keep clearing up everything around the house) badaboom- like 9 days latter they showed up with 1.5 day notice~ so... be ready and k-=) have the other 1/2 the money cuz they work fast-=) 'i asked inspector when he passed by - how's she look'? and he said, 'she/it looks good'. passed np. I was very concerned about extra wood charges , and i know /saw i had some rot wood, but they said i didn't go over my included 2 sheets& 10feet so~ , they were generous to. I tried to be kind. & Prepared all i could ( make sure whole area around house was clear/ easy to keep clean (for 1 guy who'sjot it was to run all day picking up what they threw down etc_ _)

I did not personally hire this company personally, however I just purchased a home that they installed a roof on (less than a year ago). Some how in their negligence, they removed the dryer vent on the roof and then shingled over the vent opening. Im not sure how this could have been overlooked by the roofers, general contractor or the inspector but it is a horrible oversight. If I had not had my dryer vent professionally cleaned, I would not have learned of this issue and could have potentially started a house fire due to the closed vent.

I used this roofing company to install my roof and gutters in December of 2021. I realized when they were working on my roof that they did not care to respond to a call or question. After they finished installing my gutters and roof, My gutter was pulling away from the wall and roof. I called with regard to this. Ray, the owner said for me to hire another company!! No one wants to do the work. Ray will not return my call.

They were the best . Everyone that put a new roof on my house were so professional and worked so hard . They got the roof done in a day and a half. I can't say enough about Ray , he explained everything that was being done. He was on top of the whole process . I would recommend this company to anyone. A 5 star for sure !!!!!!!!!!!!
