    I got my daughter first bday photos on 11/18 and it should only take 2 weeks. I reached out to them on 11/30 per email *************** said she have them later that day. On Monday 12/5 I reached out to them and they were upset i didnt get my photos and emailed to me at 7:30 at night. I used them before when I had newborns. At the time they gave you prints and you could purchase extra. I didnt know it changed. The photos were poor quality than previous time. I messaged the owner & per their flyer said choose 10 photos. So that means I should been able to view them and choose what i like. The photographer just sent me 10 of her ********** didnt like them. The owners stated her daughter should keep in touch via email to *** the photographer & release more. I shared with the daughter my photos and she responded they are beautiful & not sure why she choose them but she must had so many others to edit. I screen shot her the 10 & she assumed i got 3 extra but i didnt.I showed her the text her mom sent me on instagram. At 1:30 I told her i wanted to choose mine per her add or a partial refund or a do over. She told me 1:45 her mom get back to me shortly. ***** called & found the time to resolve this. I messaged her 5:30 that did she have my ******* stated she had a new born shoot. So from 1:30 when I was upset with bad photos & past the time frame they couldnt text or or called & explained they were busy and just brushed me off. Her mom did send me a long email around 8 or 9 pm telling me about her service , telling me how i can buy some & how they lowered prices & all this adn that but not 1 time how to resolve this and with an email which is rude and hiding & couldnt personally call a client. She tells me how my daughter beautiful & i can buy bogo prints and compliments there business but doesnt resolve this. not with extra photos, refund , or letting me come pick the 10 i want bc it said i get to choose & have the rights. so i paid 160 for 10 ************** all.
