I bought a set of wheels and tires for a 2007 corvette. They had to be run flat they gave me a price that sounded very cheep. I ask them several times are they run flat the salesman said yes. When I got them they were not run flat. I call them got a man named Steve very nice said they would make it right no matter what it cost them. I told him I didn’t want it to cost them anymore then it had to. He was going to look for me a set of run flats and call me back. He never called back. In the mean time I had a Costmer of mine said he would buy the tires if I wanted to sale them. I called oe wheels back and this time they wasn’t to nice. I wasn’t able to talk to Steve the first man I talked to. They ask me 600.00 to change with me. That was more than I could buy them here for. I told them I could save them the cost of shipping them back. I thought I had a buyer for the tires. I was going to loose 150.00 on tires plus around 150.00 to change them around 300.00 total . I told them if they would credit me 200.00 to my credit card I would be happy. They would not do that. The man backed out on buying my tires so now I’m stuck with them. This deal has cost me will over 2000.00. Be ware of these people they will tell you anything to get the sale. And then they want know you. Sometimes it better to deal locally.

There was some confusion on what tire the customer wanted to purchase with his ********************** & tire package and ultimately he wanted a different tire than he received. We apologize for any frustration or delays we may have caused in the error and strive to make sure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. We are happy to work with the customer to find a solution that works best for his time and needs. We have happily agreed to offer a $500 refund on his purchase to offset the cost of tires so he may find a local source for the correct run-flat tires. 

OE wheels worked this out for me. They went beyond what they needed to do. I am very happy with the out come. I will buy again and recommend this company to others.

Had a missing spring to hold center cap on rim. Have reached out for months with no reply. Do yourself a favor, take your bus nines else where

Great prices and selection.Recieved wheels sooner than expected. Had an issue with one of the wheels.Contacted company and explained problem,sent a picture of issue.That afternoon I was informed of a new wheel being shipped!Three days later I had it. Now THAT'S customer service!

Looked at several options but OE Wheels **98 22x9.5 was the perfect choice for my 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV. The wheels were on backorder for a while. OE Wheels notified me that a set was available and I jumped on it. They were shipped the same day and arrived in perfect condition.

I have several vehicles with sets of wheels from OE. This review is for a set of Escalade wheel I have had on for several years. The original experience was great, customer service was outstanding and the purchase was very affordable. I'm happy to report that several years and miles later these wheels look amazing. The chrome is still very bright and has held up to all Florida has to give. Highly recommend these guys for local wheel options for almost any vehicle. They even do full tire and wheels sets that you can pick up and put on in your own garage. Saved me a ton of cash over the local tire chain shops and was as easy as changing a tire!
