One of the worst experiences ever. My partner and I made an offer on a RV in mid Feb 2024, it was accepted but sadly the owner passed away about 5days after accepting. Which meant the title needed to be transferred and such. This took until about May 8th. We were being patient because we know how hard it is to lose someone and then deal with all the extra stuff like titles after. So the 3rd? 4th? Employee we were assigned to let us know it was good to go get the inspection going. There's only one inspector in the area that goes to the RVs and he is on vacation until June 10th. But we emailed Harley R***** (our last assigned employee) and let her know what exactly needs to be done for the inspection. The very next day she emails us back and tells us she sold it to someone else bc "they offered full price and she didn't hear from us." Which is all BS. Harley was the one who ignored our phone calls and emails. We even had to go around her to our first assigned employee, Ken, in order to get any sort of reply from her. She never even sent another contract the entire month of May; since they were suppose to be signed every couple weeks (signed multiple throughout the months up until May.) She didn't tell us that the RV was being put back up for sale. Even as I write this, with their TWO ACCEPTED OFFERS, it remains online for sale and says to "put in an offer." This is beyond unacceptable and a breach of contract. We fully regret ever using this service and being as patient as we were with circumstances just to be screwed over. Ironic too bc the prior reps we were assigned to would spam us with emails. Sometimes irrelevant ones, other times with ones that matters. So you'll either get no replies or an abundance, no in between. I truly have no idea how they're keeping these higher ratings on the BBB when every other such site has very low ratings for Pops and their services. Feels like something fishy going on here too...
