AR Duct was hired to install a 5 Ton ** unit at our customers property (************************************************************* Once installed tenant complained that the ** was not cooling home. AR Duct recommended that new duct work and insulation. We agreed to have them replaced ******** and insulate the attic. After the work was done home was still not cooling and ** unit didnt seem to be running properly. They were called back to property many times about the issue they never went back in attic to check - tenant pointed out that there was water spots in ceiling and that something was leaking. We has to call another company to come out and assess the situation. They found out that the 5 ton ** unit was actually a 4 ton unit and the ductwork that was installed was not sufficient for the size of the home and ** unit. They found drain pipe was leaking and new duct work was and there were issue with the wiring in the attic for new **. New company installed proper ductwork and also a 5 ton **. We paid AR Duct $9,137.50 for ** unit and $5,100.00 for ductwork and insulation. Then had to pay new company $169.00, $360.60, $230.66 for service calls to check system and add Freon. Also $6,270.00 to replace ******** and rewire and replace ** systems and air handler. Eventually having to replace ** unit with a 5 ton unit charging $6,792,50. We would like them to make restitution
