      Let me start off with I didn't even know who financed this car until just a week ago, and I called them to find out what I financed, I financed $28,400 some odd dollars, the part I don't understand is, I have the documents to show the price of the car, the car was listed for $24.9 I put $8,000 down payment, the only thing that I should have been charged for would be tax tag title, they charged me for all kinds of fees, I don't even know what these fees are all for, I know I signed the paperwork but I didn't know what I was signing, I just don't understand how someone can go in to purchase a vehicle for $24.9 put $8,000 down and still finance $28.4, doesn't make sense to me, I'm hoping that you can help to straighten this mess out, I was told to get in touch with you to see if there's something you can do before I take further action through the courts... Thank You!

      Obviously there is a misunderstanding or a communication error. There are multiple fees both dealer and state that add to a vehicle price. When can you come in and sit with me personally.

      I am rejecting this response because: I understand there's fees but not over $8,000 worth of fees, the advertised price was $**** I put 8 grand down, subtract 8 k from **** equals **** ok, now let's say $3,000 for tax tag title other fees, round it off to 20 k, the finance company says that I finance ******, that's **** in extra fees, looks to me like a someone made a big mistake or something, if I'm not mistaken the ******* statute ****** that a dealership has to sell that car for the advertised price which includes all fees, except for the three t's.(and gap insurance) This is what I ************ without going any further, is for them to pay the finance company $8,000 towards the principal owed on the vehicle, you know that this is more than fair. Get with whoever you need to get with sit down go over the the deal and remove all those fees whatever they are, then let's come to an agreement as stated above.

      We had our 2015 Winnebago Aspect brakes repaired on 10/24/2022. Here on 12/19/2022 it has happened again.We are having issues with Gator Ford returning calls or repairs.We have $650 expense today alone towing.Your assistance is greatly appreciated.Thank you.*******************

      VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT TO GATOR FORD FOR INSPECTION. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS WERE NEEDED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDED LAST SERVICE VISIT. PICTURES WERE GIVEN TO THE CUSTMER TO VERIFY REPAIRS NEEDED. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS PERFORMED (OVER $1000.00) AT NO CHARGE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. CUSTOMER WAS VERY RECEPTIVE AND UNDERSTANDING. WE ALSO ****** THE CUSTOMER $700.00 STORE CREDIT FOR FUTURE SERVICE REPAIRS.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as far as repairs.  However, I am disappointed that in good faith that Gator Ford did not reimburse me for the $650 towing expense as a result of their error not mine.  They did give me a $700 credit for future use that I immediately utilized.  In good faith, they should be held accountable and forced to reimburse us for the $650.00 towing.  If there is anything you can do to make this happen, it would be greatly appreciated.

      I have to say that I a very impressed with the BBB if it had not been for you they would not have taken any action.  They only took action because you called them and they did not like that.  Thank you so much for being here for the consumer.  

      Can you help on the towing expense?

      We did advise Gator Ford that the ** is going to be taken to the keys for a wedding; so we will find out in due time if they have resolved all  issues.

      Hi this is ************************* , I purchased a 2007 ****** Camry From gator ford late September early October. The car broke down when I left the lot they assisted me on the road took me back to the dealer ran a scanner put in the shop and nothing was wrong . Not even 30 days have gone by and the car has over heated and coil packs fried Ive alright put 1500$ into the car and I have receipts for proof. *** called them and asked for help and they said they cant Help me made a comment about the situation and the coworker laughed at me. Havent even received any paperwork on the car saying whats been done or hasnt been done. I know theres a guarantee that the car will last at Least ******************************************************************************************************************************** I just ask they fix the car entirely or put me in something new for the same price cause this is messed up

Although, many times these can be remedied by the purchase of an extended warranty agreement at the time of the purchase. After reviewing your contracts, it appears that you declined any type of extended warranty coverage. I would be glad to sit down with you and discuss additional options, including trading that unit in for something that *** better fit your transportation needs.       Hi this is ************************* on a follow up on my complaint. I did not decline
      any warranty I simply asked if there was one and they told me no that its a
      buy as is vehicle. Now with the being said Ive already put 1900$ into the
      car. I can not make my first payment on time because of the issues Im
      having with the vehicle. If they can write me a check for the money Ive put
      into the car minus 250$ car payment than thatd be Great. And maybe a new
      wire harness in my 2007 ****** Camry. Ive contacted ******************
      about my issues and why I wont be able to make an on time payment they even
      said that thats not right there should be some kind of warranty on the
      vehicle especially if I havent even made my first payment

      Last week I went to Gator Ford for an oil change (Class C **). I waited on site for almost 3 hours. No oil change took place nor was I advised of this. As the dealership was getting ready to close the manager called me up to tell me they discovered a major issue. I needed 4 new back tires. I went outside to look and the back tires were indeed flat. Incidentally, I had just purchased 2 of the tires a few days earlier in TN. I drove from ******* to ***** that day as well, with no issues. The employees told me I needed the tires, they were destroyed and I had an axle issue. The dealership had removed a hubcab of mine as well. None of this made sense, nor did they have or ask for permission to work on my tires prior to this. I left the dealership- after being quoted $1200 for new tires and being told the ** was unsafe to drive. I asked the employees to put air in my tires since I had to drive a few miles. They assured me they did so. I went around the corner to a gas station and was at 9psi. I later had the ** towed (a couple days later as I had business to attend to in ************). The tow truck driver and ** shop that I towed to (in Pinellas) both independently agreed that the only issue I had was that someone (they assured me the only way to do this is with a tool) removed the valve stem cores from my tires. If Gator Ford DID NOT do this, why didn't the employees advise me of the real problem (after all they told me they put air in the tires). In fact, the employees inspected the tires in my presence. They spent 30 mins with me outside pointing out all the issues with my tires and axle. These trained employees would without a doubt be able to spot the missing valve stem cores. The tow truck driver & ** shop noted them within seconds. Additionally, why was my hubcab off? It's not necessary to remove hubcab to check air. How would I have driven from ******* to ***** in a 33ft ** with a full load? I believe that my life was put in danger to sell tires.

      after seeing numerous of inquiries on my credit report from November 30, 2021 for vehicle financing from banks I did not recognize I filed disputes, called companies etc. all of the inquiries stemmed from visiting NCC Inc/ Gator Ford in Seffner Florida. I spoke with a salesperson , Chris M. regarding a ford transit van. the van needed substantial cosmetic work. Mr M. told me he would inquire if the dealership would make such repairs. The finance manager came to the desk and stated he needed to put my information into their system and it would have NO affect on my credit report. Mr M. informed me the dealership would not make repairs to the vehicle and it would only be sold as is. thanks but no thanks. I left the dealership. the following day Mr M. called me to ask if I was still interested. not unless the dealership would make the repairs. they would not. no other conversations. I called the dealership after learning this was the source of the November 30, 2021 inquries on my credit reports. I spoke with a Michael A. Mr A. tells me that their notes states I asked for financing and was approved to purchase this vehicle. not true. he also states that I spoke with a bank and he later found I financed a vehicle a nissan nv from another dealership. which is also not true. I never asked Gator Ford to provide me with financing . Their finance manager again stated the form was to put my information into their system and it would not affect my credit there are 12 hard inquiries that appear on my credit reports based on this lie told by the salesman and the finance manager at Gator Ford in Seffner Florida.
