      So April 11 I ordered a pair of jeans from this company, they finally got delivered may 1, tried the pants on and they dont fit. So I contacted the company to get them returned, I shipped the jeans back may 7 and the company received the jeans may 13 and they had told me yes we have the jeans and will be refunding my Mastercard. Fast forward to today I still dont have my money refunded and the company has stopped responding to my emails

      I placed an order on Tik tok for a jumpsuit and jeans. I got No response and no confirmation. I wasnt Sure it went through. I placed A duplicate order and the same day the funds came out of my account. I thought For the second order. No. A day later the other funds were taken out. No big deal I get my first order the jeans and the jumpsuit dont fit. I reach out to the company. Takes them over a week to get back to me. Get the second order jeans and jumpsuit. Dont fit reach out again. Ive been trying since I received the orders to return all items for a full refund, nobody will respond. I finally got a response telling me they would send me to the distributor. I asked for the distributors name and they stopped responding.

      I purchased a pair of **** Blue blue jeans from this company for $*****. What I received in the mail was NOT ************* but some knock off that is very cheaply made. They will not refund me my money until I return and pay for the shipping of this awful pair of jeans that I got. I refuse to pay for shipping since this error is on them not me. In short, I was not sent what I ordered. The jeans i got don't even have a label on them, some generic form of blue jeans. I would like to be refunded the ***** and donate the jeans to goodwill or if i have to return the jeans have this company be responsible for the shipping costs. I have been exchanging emails with this company that on the email is called NOTTLEY, since January 24 2024. We keep going back and forth about me not receiving the product i ordered only to be told i can be refunded when i return the jeans is the same condition as they were when I received them and that i am responsible for the shipping costs.Again I simply want to be refuneded my ***** or have this company send me a shipping label where they pay for the cost to return them.Thank you in advance for you consideration.***********************

      I was willing to return the product however I was told I would have to pay for shipping and restocking fees. I refuse to do that, since I received the wrong item in the first place, I feel that they are responsible for paying for all shipping and restocking fees and refunding me in the full amount.

      The business is asking me to connect with them again and I have no intention of doing that. I want them to reimburse me the $39.99 that I spent on a cheap pair of jeans that are not what I ordered and I refuse to pay shipping if they want them back, so no, I will not contact that business again. They can deal with me through the Better Business Bureau.

      i had placed another complaint about this company but the BBB closed the file thinking the case was taken care of. I have done what was asked and returned the cheap pair of jeans that i did NOT order, I orderd **** BLUE BLUE JEANS and what i got was an unlabeled knockoff pair of jeans. I asked to be refunded the cost of the jeans ($39.99) plus shipping. I mailed the jeans back as the company asked and they are telling me they can only refund me $46.98. I mailed the jeans back vis **** with the tracking number placed in the box as told. I paid $15.70 for shipping which is a total of $55.69. They are refusing to pay me the total amount that I paid and I would like a full refund, not $9 short. Its the principle that i am so upset about. They told me to mail the jeans and pay for shipping. They never stated what amount in shipping they would agree to and I have alredy sent the jeans back. I want the full amounth of $55.69 refunded to the payment source they have on file.

      I FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY IN MARCH ...THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO ISSUE A REFUND ON MARCH 11,2024..IT IS NOW APRIL 11,2024...       I made a purchase of 2 pairs of jeans. I informed them the sizing was off and they didn't fit. They agreed to give me a refund for the jeans if I paid return shipping. I did just that and followed their instructions to the ** I have attached my email correspondence with them as well as my label and tracking information with proof of delivery. I am getting the run around and excuses and they need to issue my refund.

      I ordered a pair of **** Blue jeans from this company in early January. At the end of January, I received a very cheap, knockoff ***** style pair. I have attempted to return them. My options are keep and give to a friend and they will give me $5 or I can return them to ***** at my expense and they would still deduct the handling fee before they refunded me. It also has to be in the original bag. The service is horrible and the product is too. I am very frustrated at the lack of quality I have received and do NOT recommend to any one to use them. I will continue to dispute this with paypal (resolution time keeps getting put off) before I will have to move to disputing with my credit card company.

      Date of purchase was February 9 2024 While on tiktok I watched an ad for ************* Jeans. There was a link on the video and I clicked it to purchase **** blue jeans. I made the purchase through PayPal $79.98. After the purchase was complete I check my PayPal account and the money came from a company called Good Wear Club. I didnt think anything of it, the description for the jeans I purchased matched. After awhile of waiting for my jeans to arrive I ended up opening a case with PayPal for not receiving the items. Good wear club responded with a tracking number that took me to no where. So I still did not have the jeans and no tracking. I finally received a package with 2 pair of jeans inside on February 24 2024. After opening the package I find out they are not **** blue jeans. They are a no name brand of ****, poor quality and the button on both pair are not functional. I have asked for a refund with no response. I would just like my money back. I want a refund. There is nothing to exchange for.

      I ordered jeans from a on line *** that I had been viewing for weeks. It took weeks to get the jeans and the day I received them I tried them on to find they were too big. I went on line to request an exchange or return only to find there is no customer service phone no no way to reach . Found an email and sent numerous emails with no response . When I posted on ******** and instragram that they were a scam I got a message with same email address and now its been over a week no one responds. At this point I want my money back and I will be happy to return their jeans. Soon itll be 30 days so they wont accept return this company is a scam once you order you are stuck with merchandise.       I purchased these jeans advertised as **** Blue brand jeans from a TikTok video. It took me to a website that appeared to be **** Blue jeans. The jeans arrived several weeks late, with no paperwork from the seller, jeans two sizes too small from *****, terrible quality. I tried to dispute the charge with ****** and they denied my claims even with proof it was garbage. The email address provided by PayPal was also not a working email address.

      I did want to let you know that I was able to get a refund from them with PayPal finally. I had to dispute their decision to decline my dispute and sent more information.  So my problem has been resolved.
