I would give no stars if it was an option. **** Blue jeans arent as described. Ive tried multiple times to get my refund and have been told its been applied to PayPal. To which I reply I have no PayPal. Terrible company.

I ordered an item off of their website following their sizing chart and the item was not even close to fitting me. Item was extremely long. I contacted company for a refund, I would have to pay for return shipping which I was already upset about because nowhere in the return policy did it state this. I brought it to a few shipping facilities all were over $25 ship the item back. No way am I paying half the price of the item to ship it back to get a return. I asked company for a prepaid label and they refused to give me one, their customer service is an absolute joke. They didnt even try to satisfy the customer at all. Dont waste your time from purchasing them Mx

Placed an order with Good Wear Club through the TikTok shop on March 1st, 2024 paying with my PayPal account. By March 6th I had not even received an order confirmation so I Googled and did some digging about the company. The product I had purchased was advertised as a particular poplar TikTok brand but in researching I found the company was selling a copy not the authentic brand (Judy Blue jeans) and was notorious as per reviews for dodging returns and ripping people off. Shame on me for not checking them out before ordering. I contacted them on that date and told them I wanted my order cancelled since they clearly had not processed it and I wanted a full refund. They responded the same day stating my order was cancelled as requested and I would receive my refund within 7-14 business days. That should have made my refund arrive back in my PayPal account by 3/26/24 and it did not. I gave it until the 28th not knowing how the time difference between China (Where they are clearly based as their responding email contained Chinese font characters in the header) might effect the timing of banking. On 3/28/24 I contacted them again and their response was that they needed to check with the "responsible department" and would "Refund me in advance." Advance of what? I got nothing, I canceled my order 4 weeks prior at that time and honestly should have been refunded immediately at that point. That has since been a week ago. I've now processed a dispute through PayPal and it appears PayPal is still waiting on a response from this company. They are scammers and thieves. I've also reported them to TikTok as a fraudulent entity.

Zero stars. This company is intentionally deceptive, stealing and using **** **** TikToc influencers to direct traffic to their ordering site, with false photos. The jeans ordered were not what was received. When I realized, after an influencer put out an alert, and prior to receiving the order, two days after order, I reached out. The company claimed there was nothing they could do to cancel the order, although it took quite a while to get the jeans. The responses and support were less than professional. I am in the process of working with Paypal. Good wear offered a $40 refund on my $120 order, I declined and pressed for a full refund. They have now committed to a full refund after receiving the product returned, which cost me $15+. This process has taken several weeks. Beware - DO NOT Buy from this company

I made a purchase from tiktok on March the 7th, they instantly took my money but I never received a confirmation email or anything about my purchase, I waited for a few days and still nothing. I sent email asking for a refund because it seemed sketchy, I was told that it would take up yo 14 business days and still nothing! It's almost been a month now!

Do not purchase anything from them! They were advertising **** Blue jeans. I ordered a pair of their advertised **** Blue jeans, however, several weeks later received an off-brand of jeans and not the *************'s that were advertising. As soon as I saw the jeans, I wanted to return them for a full refund. I was not able to "connect" with anyone from this company even though I tried for months. Now I am stuck with $50 off-brand jeans that are not good quality. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered two pairs of what I thought were authentic ******************* jeans. Cost me $79.98. When they finally arrived, there were threads coming out of the seams and the fastener button was about to fall off on BOTH pairs. I reached out to the company and after waiting over two weeks, I finally got a response letting me know that I needed to contact a different department because they do not deal with returns. So I played along and sent yet another email. After a few back and forth emails, ensuring that I gave them all the information they required, I was told that I had two options. First options was to return the two pairs of jeans and I will get a $60 refund or I can keep the jeans (which I won't wear) and they will refund me $15?? They stated that if I do return them, I will have to pay for shipping because they do not supply pre-paid shipping labels. I assumed as much but what I don't understand is why only refund me $60 when my purchase price was $79.98??? The orginal purchase was free shipping. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I am remaining hopeful that they will refund me the entire purchase price (minus the shipping cost to return). Wish me luck!!!

I purchased 2 pairs of Judy Blue jeans and paid $70. I received 2 pairs of jeans that were certainly not what I ordered. They did not have any tags or labels on them and poorly made. I contacted this company, which also goes by Mariskn and was told I had to pay to return them and they they would reimburse me. I know I’ll never see that money. They shipped from Asia but state they are located in Florida.

It’s a total scam! They copy advertising photos from legit companies and use them as their own so that you think that you are safe. I ordered Judy blue brand jeans and received three pairs of jeans that are irregularly sized, poorly made, and weird material. I paid through PayPal and am having a hard time getting a full refund without paying to ship the items back to China which costs almost half of what I originally paid.
