            I used this buiness before. I bought my washer and dryer combo from these people. Their prices are great. Friendly people before you have a problem. First my washer broke. Not a problem. They came out fixed it. No issue. Within 10mins. Great awesome worth the maintain fee. So months later my dryer goes out. I call these people again. Of course its out of warranty sure no problem. They fix my dryer. No issues. They used different repair ppl this time. Now keep in my mind my washer was working perfectly fine before they messed with my dryer I like they had to move it several times to remove and replace my dryer. Now all of sudden my washer is broken? C'mon! I called these people telling them they damaged my washer can you fix it cuz your maintenance ppl broke it then the lady claims how do you know it was us that broke it? I'm like look I have an austic kid who constantly wets the bed trust when I say my washer was working just fine before yours guys even touched it! I made a make shift clothes line to dry my clothes. So yes I know for a fact my washer was working. So all I want for them is to either fix my washer for a small fee or replace it if they cant fix it. Fyi the maintenance crew didnt speak English we had to use google translation.

            A woman from Antonio's used appliance lady refused to replace a filter same day that the refrigerator was bought on 11/7/21. My husband was informed by Felix that if he showed proof of receipt and image it would be replaced. On Wednesday evening when my husband follow up she was very condescending. I tried to speak politely but due to my laryngitis she took it as yelling and completely contradicted everything that was said. We were promised one thing and was told another. Her customer service skills was despicable and they should inform customers if something is not working properly.

            First of all yelling at our employee is a bad start, second of all two people yelling at our employee is not the route to take to solve a very minor issue. We offered a full refund for the refrigerator and a full refund of the water filter you purchased and you declined. We all deserve a least an ounce of respect whether it's the customer or an employee.

            A refund for a filter we had to replace was not offered. It is an inconvenience for us to have to deliver a refrigerator with a brand new filter which we had to purchase just for our children to have clean water to drink from. It is truly a waste of gas, labor and our time. We had no issue with the refrigerator, we had an issue with how we was spoken to and the fact that we were receiving push back from this woman about having the filter replace after Felix had my husband to send proof of the sensor light and our purchase receipt. We clearly was not yelling at the employee and I surely could have not yelled because I had laryngitis. The employee simply was arrogant and unwilling to fix an issue at first, it was not until I started posting reviews that she then changed her tune. I am not about to waste my time nor my energy on a person who lacks mannerism and who refuses to provide their name. We bought the filter and I just never want to be in contact with them again.
