I used this buiness before. I bought my washer and dryer combo from these people. Their prices are great. Friendly people before you have a problem. First my washer broke. Not a problem. They came out fixed it. No issue. Within 10mins. Great awesome worth the maintain fee. So months later my dryer goes out. I call these people again. Of course its out of warranty sure no problem. They fix my dryer. No issues. They used different repair ppl this time. Now keep in my mind my washer was working perfectly fine before they messed with my dryer I like they had to move it several times to remove and replace my dryer. Now all of sudden my washer is broken? C'mon! I called these people telling them they damaged my washer can you fix it cuz your maintenance ppl broke it then the lady claims how do you know it was us that broke it? I'm like look I have an austic kid who constantly wets the bed trust when I say my washer was working just fine before yours guys even touched it! I made a make shift clothes line to dry my clothes. So yes I know for a fact my washer was working. So all I want for them is to either fix my washer for a small fee or replace it if they cant fix it. Fyi the maintenance crew didnt speak English we had to use google translation.Business response

I purchased a stackable washer/dryer on 11/29/21 from a listing on the OfferUp app that expressly said 90 days warranty. My machine started to not around 12/29. The business removed their profile from the app so I had no way of contacting them. I had to request bank records to get the name to google the phone number for the business. The only response I have received so far is asking for a paper receipt that says 60 days warranty, I informed the individual I did not receive a paper receipt upon delivery, but have my bank statement showing payment date. No response to rectify the situation, the listing online said 90 days but they are saying 60 days..... even if its 60 days I'm still within my timeframe, but I am receiving no response.
