I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience as a customer with this company. Within the past twelve months, I purchased a used car from there establishment, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.Upon acquiring the vehicle, I soon encountered significant issues with both the transmission and the battery. I am absolutely convinced that this company was aware of these problems prior to the sale. In less than two months of ownership, the car began experiencing persistent slowdowns and would frequently shut off. Seeking professional guidance, I consulted a mechanic who promptly identified a faulty transmission. Shockingly, the mechanic revealed that the dashboard warning light for the transmission had been tampered with, an act he explicitly referred to as illegal. He even extended an offer to provide a sworn affidavit confirming his findings. This series of unfortunate events was far from over, as I subsequently had to replace the battery just one month after addressing the transmission issue. To date, I find it deeply troubling that I have had to invest over eight hundred dollars to rectify the transmission, battery, and radio all within a mere two months of acquiring the vehicle. This financial strain, coupled with the inconvenience and safety concerns these issues have caused, is both disheartening and frustrating. The overall experience has left me with a strong impression that this company's practices are questionable, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal with others. Regrettably, my experience with this establishment leaves me no choice but to consider it an ill-advised decision to purchase from this company. I must candidly state that my experience raises significant doubts about the integrity and transparency of there operations. As a consumer, I believe it is crucial to hold businesses accountable for their actions, and I trust that they will take this feedback seriously.

On 2/25/23 I went to Car time to see a jeep I was interested in. I was made the promise of new tires, an alignment and the radio to be repaired as part of the deal. Well, they bought new tires for it but never did an alignment (I could barely drive off the lot), they hired someone to fix the radio and he didnt even wire the back speakers and did such a shotty job that within a week, my brand new head unit I PURCHASED for $250 shorted out and was fried. I had to buy a new head unit., take it to my own guy and pay $400 out of pocket to fix their mistakes. They only gave me $250 Towards repairs after much debate. AND THEN, after taking it in for an alignment, it was still having issues. Going to cost me $1500 for ball joints. Not to mention, they promised me an oil change before I drove off the lot. They forgot. I had to take it to my own place, granted they reimbursed me for that, but I had to do it on my own time. They promised me a new battery. Did not get that. Then. When it was time for me to pick up my transferred registration from them, they had the audacity to try and charge me $182 when the registration itself only cost $82 total. They tried me with a $100 processing fee even after originally telling me it would only be $80. A lot of empty promises and repairs that Im now responsible for. And this was not a cheap car. Total price was $32,000. I paid $26,000 cash and financed the rest through them

We were sold an irrepable, broken car for **** dollars out the door on January 14, 2023. Regardless of the as-is bill of sale and the no refund contract they made us sign, we were still promised a car that runs and drives. We have tried to jumpstart it, and we inspected the internals of the car. The previous owner seems to have attempted a repair and failed. The business continued to lie to us about the state of the carclaiming they drove it not too long agoand told us to wait 3-5 days for a refund request to be processed. We were not provided a receipt, and the people who delivered the vehicle to us drove away as fast as they could upon seeing us. No signing, no receipt, nothing. This is a case of auto fraud.
