Crews showed up multiple times on days they were not scheduled for and didnt show on days they were scheduled for. Last work completed nearly a month ago and they trashed our home. Zero respect for food items, appliances, furniture, etc. *** was completed missing items on back order that were paid for and now no one answers calls or texts. Crew leader made several inappropriate comments to me and to his team. Not only was the job not finished, but they didnt complete the work as it was explained and now we are ghosted. Installed a new bath tan a week prior to their duct replacement and now the bath fan no longer runs. I could go on and on, but will just leave this here. No one is perfect. We didnt ask for perfect, but when you ghost a job that you have been paid in full to complete that is not compete. Shame on you! Next is $2,700 job fixing their sad professional work. THE ******* DID NOT PAY FOR ANYTING .THE ***** WHOM WE HAVE DONE WORK FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS DID.HE IS HAPPY WITH OUR WORK .
THE LADY WHOM IS THE ******* WAS NOTIFIED OF OUR SCHEDULE BECAUSE WHEN WE ARRIVE AND HER HUSBAND AND SON WHOM ARE HOME EVERYDAY DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR WE HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. THERE WAS FOOD LAYING OUT ON THE COUNTERS THAT THE HUSBAND SAID WAS BURNT WITH OUT BEING COVERED BY THE HOME *****S.WE AS CONTRACTORS INFORM THE ******* WE WILL BE DOING DUCT WORK AND NEITHER HUSBAND NOR SON IN THE HOME GOT UP TO PUT THE FOOD AWAY .WE DO NOT PROVIDE DROP CLOTHS OVER FOOD.THEY DID SWEEP AND CLEAN ALL THIER MESS AS THEY DO ON EVERY *** .
ALL ITEMS WERE INSTALLED AS ******* ASKED FOR NEW GRILLS IT WAS NOT IN OUR CONTRACT WITH THE *****. THE *** SHE CLAIMS IS NOT WORKING WAS WORKING FINE . WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 16 YEARS AND MY GUYS DO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE UNLESS IKTS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS WITH ******* WE DID STOP RESPONDING AND ASKED HER TO GET WITH THE ***** WHO WAS HAPPY WITH THE *** .
WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 16 YEARS AND WE CLEAN UP, AND ARE VERY INVOLVED TO MAKE SURE OUR CLIENTS ARE HAPPY. TO TRY TO RUIN A REPUTATAION WHEN YOU DIDNT PAY AND ARE NOT THE OWNNERS IS A DISGRACE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED.
