      Ordered a *********************** *** jersey.What I got was a plain maroon jersey with white numbers. It does not resemble a *** Jersey at all. I have sent numerous emails and called the phone number but get NO RESPONSE at all. I am requesting a refund at this time.

      This is not a Best Sports complaint

       We have never received any orders from. nor have we ever been paid by these people for anything. They have the wrong company.

      I ordered a jersey for my co-workers birthday on January 18, 2022. Two days later, I realized I had ordered the wrong size and reached out for assistance from the company. I didn't get a response so I emailed them again on February 2nd after the item was delivered the same day. Still no response so I emailed again and still didn't receive a response. To this day, April 7th 2022, I have never received a response to any of my emails. I opened a case with PayPal under their buyer protection program, but unfortunately, my situation didn't fall under their terms and was denied. I had hoped with PayPal that I would receive a resolution so stopped emailing the company directly. According to Best Sports Jerseys' website they have a 30 day return policy and must be contacted within 48 hours except for custom items. The item I ordered wasn't customized. I contacted them within 48 hours and because I held out hoping they'd respond wound up having to order the right size jersey from another company with expedited shipping so it would arrive by March 3rd.

      Received jersey Nov 8th, and immediately notified Seller of the vast sizing issues (providing pics of measurements). Mr P. said "Looks to me like you got a mis-tagged XL, I apologize, send it back, DID YOU WANT A MEDIUM?" I replied back immediately with a question (which I went unanswered for a few days, then I replied again stating yes "PLEASE SEND A MEDIUM" duplicating again with two or three different messages and replies (between Nov 8th-12th), all which STILL went unanswered with any type of confirmation from Seller. When next next jersey showed up it was a Large (this, after asking me if I wanted a Medium). Disappointed again, I immediately notified seller of the issue. Only, this time he does reply back and says "You ordered a Large and we sent a Large". A bizarre way for any business to handle its poor communication practices. I replied a few more times (along with copies of the emails and messages) stating that Three different times I requested a Medium. A lesson for us all, If there is no phone number listed for the company on their website, steer clear of this company. They not interested in you or providing a quality product, communication, or any type of resolution of their poor quality product. They really just want your money. Shame on us for thinking otherwise. It pains me to leave a poor review, as I believe most companies are really trying in this day and age. But when nobody is on the other end of the communication, or refuse facts and buries head in sand, then I'm afraid we are left with this.

      Ordered a Ronnie Lott jersey 9/10/21. Order changed due to change of name to Montana. Order placed and charged to our credit card. Have attempted to contact the company via e-mail with no response four times. We have not received the jersey and the payment was charged and paid. We would like a refund. Since we can't reach the company. We have turned to BBB for assistance. Thank you
