  I went to autos by Tom to buy a new truck and trade my old one in I went threw the process and purchased the vehicle once I get in and are finally able to get in and see the truck it had no functional seat belts and 3 hours after I drove it off the lot it broke down in the ******* parking lot Same day they fixed and towed the vehicle and charged me just under 400$ then more issues arise like the brake lights dont work the electrical on the truck has been lemoned the brake wire to the lights have been cut along with the fuses and relays for dash warnings so when I got the truck is have no idea whats wrong with it they were extremely rude to me made the whole process hard and treated me like Im stupid basically they lemoned the truck to trick me into buying it theirs water in the differential and a whole slew of other issues never and I say never trust these humans with your money theyre rude didnt keep their word and screwed me over I dont know what Im gonna do now cause when I had the chance to back out of the contract they had possession of the vehicle to fix the issue that occurred 3 hours after I bought it they also didnt have my sign the contract correctly where I signed to sign my truck over they had me sign as the buyer of it not the seller so technically I never sold it and I need someone to actually look over the contract cause Im missing paperwork they never gave me that Im supposed to have and its coming up on a month and they still havent got my license plate in so pretty soon Ill be paying for a truck I cant legally drive so in summary they were rude thieves who thought they could pull one over on me by selling me a vehicle with no seat belts no working brake lights(because they cut the wire) multiple missing fuses and relays and water in the differentials the motor oil looks like tapioca pudding

  Please see the attached photos we already fixed the seat belts. The reason the truck broke down on him was that he did apply the brake before shift and broke the cable. Therefore, the car would not start due to safety mode. I even stayed late had it to and fixed for him on the same day as a courtesy, but we do NOT WARRANTY driver mistakes. If we were thieves, we would let him strand and not even bother to help him repair the truck at cost price. Before he purchased the truck, he test-drove the car and signed AS IS no warranty.
