              We applied for a rental through the company and paid a $120.00 application fee that would be refundable and transferrable. We were denied because our previous landlord in Tennessee was no longer reachable by email nor phone numbers; so our application was based solely on our credit rating. The agent did not attempt to contact us to see if there was another way of contacting him. Nor were we asked to provide other rental history which we could have provided. We were asked if we wanted our application fee back and we said yes. now no answer to phone calls, we have left to messages but the agent wasn't in. we even tried to call the Destin agnecy to ask for advice and their agent said she would reach out. it has been 2 months now and no money.

              No communication skills from any employees within the rental department. Was informed that in order to view a property listed for rent that a application fee had to be paid for a tenants in order to qualify for residence. Totally mislead about qualifying by being told that the minimum requirements as to the credit score needed to qualify was forgiven with a cosigner, not true. After a month of submitting application we were informed we didn't qualify, with a 810 credit score cosigner. Was robbed for $180 in application fees when it turns out we never should of been considered in the first place, says Marianne, the branch manager. Terrible business
