I ordered 5 Santa letters from this company and never received one. I called them and they said they would send after Christmas letters and no one got those either. I'm out $55.96. If I could give negative stars I would. **** *******Review from Terry F

Have not received the product ordered a month ago! Order a SkyLineXDrone around the middle of December 2022 as a Christmas present and even paid for expedited shipping. I was guaranteed that I would receive it by 12/20. To date, I have never received the drone and all emails and calls have not been responded to. The number is out of service and no responses to my inquiry. I spent cover $250 for NOTHING and I cannot get reimbursed from my bank. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...IT IS A SCAM!Review from Rachel G

I ordered a letter packet for my grandson on 12/02. Called 12/3 and changed the destination address and I told the woman that I had not received a receipt and she sent me one. Never received the letters. Called 12/21 and was told it was mailed on the 10th and would receive it by the 24th. Called on 12/24 and was told they couldn't track it because they mailed out thousands of letters. Blamed it on the post office.Review from David D

Dishonest scammers who charge 100.00 for certified letters from Santa. Won't get a refund because they are Dishonest crooks! Beware of the fraud they commit. Horrible!Review from Valerie M

This place is a scam. I ordered the letter from Santa and I never received email confirmation, only when I paid it received a confirmation #. So when 2 weeks went by, I hadn't received the email showing shipping yet, I called the company. They said my payment didn't go through. I found that odd since that generally doesn't happen to me but in all faith, I placed a new order but this time on my credit card. I did check and the money was taken out so I know they could not say it did not go through this time. I gave it a week...still no tracking # so I called and now the ph# listed for customer service is disconnected and they are not replying to my email. Also I looked up the address they have listed and its to a house.
Very unfortunate...an exciting thing to do for my granddaughter and also they now have my personal credit card/address information.

This company is TOTALLY unreliable. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all cost! They owe me a refund for a defective drone I purchased. They had me send it back to them (at my cost), and never sent me a replacement product, and I have been trying for 6 months + for a simple refund. They are cheats and liars, plain and simple. Do not buy from this company. They owe me $97.00. A refund is easy to do....but they refuse.Review from Mart B

Well i ordered a skyline drone and got it. Wasn't sure what is was i bought, but found it here with the BBB. :0)
