I hired the company for mold removal of my vehicle under the guise of satisfaction guaranteed and more specifically, per their advertisement, a treatment that prevents regrowth of mold. After receiving service, an hour and a half late to the appointment I might add, everything seemed to be good. Within 2 days the mold regrew and was worse than before. I attempted to contact the person who had performed the service only for him to try to sell me on more services through a "buddy of his" and even then get no return communications after that. I then went to the main number on the page where it took two days to reach someone by phone and no reply by online chat to try to address the issue. The operator advised me customer service was on lunch and i would get a call back within an hour. I received no further communication here either. The entire time this is ongoing, I am without a working vehicle, mold is continuing to grow, it poses a health hazard to myself, wife, and child, and I am out 465 dollars. All I want is either a full refund so that I may hire another service or the work to be completed as it was not done correctly. This service took place on the 16th and the worker was notified of the return issue on the 19th, both of September 2023.
