This company is a scam. The lawyers will get your case, collect on it first. Then when they do the settlement, they leave you will all the medical bills. The CHIROPRACTOR overcharges for their services leaving you with more expenses then before the actual accident occured. They steal from you. Then when you call into the main phone number to speak to the woman at the front desk they don't ask you any information as far as what you would like to speak with someone handling your case about they don't ask you any additional information they just say they're going to give you a call back and you don't hear back from them for a month. The lawyer will get her 33 in a third and a chiropractor's office will overcharge you for services even if you didn't complete all of your appointments they're still going to overcharge you so that it looks like you went to all of your appointments and then your left with more out of pocket expenses than when you first started.Business response

The complaint came to us as a complete surprise based on all the positive conversations with our client. We asked for permission to respond to the complaint and were given permission to detail what happened (law firms can only provide details that they are permitted to by the client because of the attorney/client privilege). Our understanding of the situation after speaking with her is that there was an after hours call and our call center could not answer her specific questions. She was confused and thought it was an employee that did not want to answer questions. We have a call center that takes messages after hours. We follow up on all after hours calls the following morning. For this situation, we had no idea there was an issue until we received the complaint. However, after speaking to the client, she is happy and there are no issues with her. She is leaving us a five star review on google. Thank you again for your time and attention to our response.
