On 04/12/2023, I paid ******* the amount of $1,500 to sell the villas I have with Bluegreen Vacation. She promised me that she could secure a good sale within 90 days, so I agreed to send her that amount. I explained to her the situation I was going through at the time, and I feel that she took advantage of my situation. Now, I have lost the villas because I could no longer keep up with the payment and maintenance fees, and I just want her to return my money. I have been calling and sending emails, but no one answers. I believe something should be done about this marketing, as I see from other reviews that they have been scamming people. All I want is for my money to be returned.

Coastal Marketing Network can be likened to a circus spook-house. They are masters at false promises, leading customers on, and dispensing information repeatedly without really answering direct questions. I put up with them politely for over a year with news of deals that were on the verge of happening, but that always fell through the last minute. (Their favorite line: "We can't force anybody to buy.") I even dropped my price four times on a very lovely ocean-front two-bedroom unit in *********, Maui, one of the most desired beaches in the world. I paid them a total of $4,000 in two payments for nothing. This is supposedly a *******-licensed marketing firm that offers its services to sell one's timeshare interest. As they are not licensed real estate brokers, they claim to turn the closing over to another company like ******* Title, whoever they are. Please don't waste your time with these pretenders; I guarantee you will pull out your hair every time they tell you they need another two days to make the current deal happen. They are practiced liars and cheats and for a "marketing firm" their website is a joke. Like other complaints below, I would love to receive a payment from them for the $4,000 that I squandered on their false promises.

They keep lying Say they will call have great prospect of selling timeshare...Up to three weeks no contact. Heather thanks for NOTHING.. I guess they took another senior for thousands. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
