My vehicle was taken to Mike's beemer shop on October 21, 2022 to program one LED complete headlight for my *** 528i 2016.(The right passenger side only, the left driver side had had no issues.) The car was reviewed later on that afternoon and I received a call from one of the associates (*******************************) advising the modules in the light where not working. He advised me he removed the light and would begin testing the modules on the opposite light (the light that was in perfect condition with no repairs needed) to see what the issue was. He advised me I would need to purchase these modules brand new so that they can get the entire light to function properly. I purchased the parts from ************ took them to him to install and was advised they would test them. As they continued to work on my vehicle they advised me that none of the modules on the light worked. I ended up RE buying all 3. Original parts that where purchased directly from **** In the end they were not able to fully install my light. It worked partial. I didn't complain then because I just wanted to have my car back after so long. I had issues everyday trying to commute to school and work without a car. I received my car November 8th. On December 5th I began having issues with the left driver side light. Prior to taking my car there I had ZERO issues with that light. I've had my car for 3 years now. I advised them of the issue and they told me to take in for a review. They advised me the light had water damage and I needed to purchase new to repair. They where the ONLY ones who have EVER touched that light. I am beyond upset. When I spoke to the associate no solution was provided. No one wants to be held accountable for this issue. I advised them I needed to speak to the owner, he was out of town when I called. It is now December 17, 2022 I'm still waiting on the call. I took my car with one bad headlight and was left with two damaged headlights. I have spent over $4,000.00 in repairs.
