      The seller runs a website called MIDWAY SPORTS that is very misleading. Advertising name brand products like **** and insinuating that the purchase item is listed as IN STOCK on their website. The customer purchases the item since it's listed in stock but then receives an email notification 1am in the morning saying the purchased item is not in stock- How would you like proceed forward. Thank God I was following this email because this company is FAKE and do BAD BUSINESS! PLEAE BEWARE!I don't trust this company at all. Purchased this item on 7/27. Received an email at 1:20am that the item is not in stock, how would you like to proceed. The item was purchased because they stated on the website that the item is indeed in stock. I don't trust them to process my refund in a timely manner. That sat on a previous refund and I'm in no situation to stress now to be waiting on this type of money while actually having to purchase these items from another site while these were still supposedly processing but then receive a weird email saying SORRY OUT OF STOCK.

      Took my money day order was made of $61 on 3/20/24 and did not have merchandise through third party supplier. Told me it would take ten days for refund and now way passed 10 day ****

      Horrible experience. Ordered products that ship directly from vendor. Delay, delay, delay, then I ask for a refund for something that hasn't even shipped yet and they refuse. Say the order is final. Unbelievable. Buyer beware of this company.

      1-star only because ZERO wasnt an option. Same as others report. SCAM. still waiting 10 business days for a refund ONLY to get three more responses with 24 hours, 3-7 days all beyond the ten I was initially notified of. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM I guess I will be lucky to receive a refund at this point!

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a product at the end of November for Christmas. I received an email two days later saying the product had shipped to my house. It never arrived and when I called they told me that it was on backorder and the new ETA would be 1/3/2024. They also told me they would provide a tracking number. After never receiving the product or a tracking number, I reached out again. They gave me a new ETA of 1/13/24. It is now 1/30/24 and I have yet to receive any product or tracking number and they will not cancel the order even though they obviously don't have it in stock.

      Terrible customer service, they don't respond to emails, their own "chat bot" or phone call messages and now won't return my product. Do not use this company. I'm out $60 because they won't allow me to return the item for another size. Seems others have had this same experience.

      This company is a ****! Ordered an item on 11/27 for Christmas. Contacted Midway Sports several times - was told back ordered - was given several different dates. They told me ETA 12/25. We have not received the item, or a refund after requesting cancellation. Do not order from this company!!!!!

      I cannot believe PayPal accepts transactions through this site. Buyer beware of this site. They showcase high quality **** gear and then you place the order and you get an email with a refund notice because nothing is available. I ordered $400 worth of **** gear and none of it was available. Then I found a **** parka and Normally wear an XL In **** and it was huge and tried to submit a return and they wont accept the return because its sold direct from the manufacturer???What kind of online store promotes items you never have in stock and if you do find something you like you will never be able to return it? I just wanted an exchange and they wouldnt even do that.Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone and couldnt get a manager even to answer back my request for an exchange. Just a sorry its on our website. Now I have a $200 parka I have to try and sell myself online. Not good at all.

      This place is a ****! Buyer beware! Bought a coaches pullover over a month ago. Got a confirmation email that it had shipped. 3 weeks later and still no pullover and I cannot get a response on why I havent received it yet and no refund either!

      I wish I wouldve read the reviews prior to ordering. I received confirmation that my order had shipped however there was no tracking number, I reached out to Midway Sports, and was told the *** was 10/1 and that they would send a tracking number once it was updated, I responded asking specifically for the tracking number and received a reply with a different date of 10/5 for *** all in the same day. I will most likely not receive order, and will have to go to my bank to get my money back. This company is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
