In the beginning they were awesome- but once the work started things went down hill. Communication was HORRIBLE. something that I was told before it started would take 2-3 days ended up taking a week. I do know some of it was due to the mud not being dry enough to work with, but some of it was due to other jobs taking priority over mine. Before they started my job, they told me they had other jobs they had to finish first which is understandable, so why was my job put off for other jobs?- also when I was told somebody would be at my house first thing at 7am to finish the work and then the day OF I received a message the guys would not be there until 8-8:30. When somebody was supposed to be at my house around 8am to go over the concerns we had after the work was complete- they didn't show up until 2pm (was told it would DEF be by 10am that day when they let me know it would not be 8). I feel that my time was not respected and I was supposed to work around THEIR schedule. communication def. needs to be improved and possibly time management. Don't promise something that you cannot guarantee. They were great on pricing and the work once it was ALL completed (after fixing issue) and now I get my invoice and when I contacted the office about payment I was told they only take cash or check. THIS SHOULD have been told to me in the beginning. I don't do checks so now I have to make a stop at my bank and withdrawal cash. I guess it is a good thing I wasn't wanting to put this on my credit card as NOBODY told me they do not accept cards and its not on the estimate or invoice that I can see!!!!!!! If you do decide to get them for a job- make sure you have no appointments already scheduled or have a job that you can't leave!
