      I purchased from her an item totaling $63.30 on Nov 9, 2022. As of the filing of this complaint 1) I have not received my product 2) she refuses a refund 3) she threatened me with legal action for speaking the truth about the situation 4) she promotes herself as a RN but no record of it 5) she has now blocked me on social media and phone so no response 6) she steals money by using CashApp and *****. She needs to be shut down. Its obvious by all the complaints and social media posts warning people about her that this is not an isolated issue.

      I ordered from this company 12/2022 and it is now 02/28/23. I got in contact with the business owner on Instagram with a question on my order and she responded very aggressively. ****** was harassing her and her followers. Id like this scam of a business to be shut down. Shes stealing thousands of dollars from people.

      I never received my product. The phone number has been disconnected. When I try to track my order it always says hasnt been fulfilled yet. ************************* will not answer when asked via social media or emails. I sent money via Zelle. I know it says no refunds but it also says I will receive products.

      December 17, 2022 Paid $37 through Zelle for some eardrop from Remedy. Said that it would take 35 to 45 days since they are swamped. It's almost 60 days and they don't answer my messages on Instagram. The chat doesn't work and the phone number posted on their website gets disconnected right after it rings. Total scam. She got me, don't let her get you.

      I purchased a remedy from her company, Holistic Remedy in the amount of ***** on 1/3/23. I sent messages to her several times to which I have received no response. I have never received the merchandise, a tracking number or any communication from the business owner. Based on other complaints, it seems she may be a scam artist, but I just want my money back. Her website should be shut down if she can deliver on her promises.

      Not real products!!! Owner is EXTREMELY RUDE!! JANUARY 2nd I bought what I thought was a product from Remedy Holistic Wellness thru instagram. Relieved instructions on order fulfillment and was told **** days. After 2 weeks of nothing I reached out. And continued to reach out once a week for the next month. I tried email, phone, and website... no response! Until she wanted to and wow... she is pathetic and rude! When she finally got a response she BLEW up at me saying I was blowing her up and causing her baby not to sleep! Wait.. I thought this was a business? And she has the let's chat feature on her page? Anyway, she was extremely rude and aggressive with her responses and very unprofessional. I want my money back and for her business to get shut down. I believe her products are not legitimate or natural but places lables on them pretending to be. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP AT remedyholisicwellness.com she is a scam artist and extreme hot head who will harass you when you try to open up and communicate about your order. By the way. If you order from her link in bio, no disclaimer about how long it will take. Perhaps she needs a few business tips because she is clueless on how you treat customers!

      Before I placed and order with ***************************** dba Remedy Holistic Wellness on Instagram, she was completely responsive and kind. The minute I placed my order, I never heard from her again. Only a recent message stating that she will not tolerate me asking her repeatedly for my products. That I promptly paid her $178.30 for!! She is a scam. I have everything screenshot. She is taking money from innocent people that believe her snake oil saleswoman spill! Well I believed her! I should have checked here first and now we are out almost $200 and this ***** gets away with it? I have a few contacts in ******* so I am going to take this further than here. I know now why she puts her product availability times ***** days out. Because it is impossible to get a refund from Zelle after 30 days. This is thievery and she will have to refund A LOT of people when or if she gets caught! I hope this complaint can help at least one person from this *****!

      On 7/15/22, I placed an order from Remedy Holistic Wellness. I sent the money for the order and received an email confirmation of my order and also acknowledgement from the owner the payment was received. When I didnt get my order I reached out via Instagram to the owner and was told processing was delayed mostly due to the hurricane that hit the area. On 11/9/22 I received a confirmation that my order was shipped with a tracking number. I continued tracking the order but it never moved ( shows label created) I reached out multiple times to the owner via Instagram, email, chat and tried the business phone number which says (voicemail is full) I cannot reach this business and the owner will not reply even though I have asked several times for an update or refund. The total paid to her was $128.15. I would like to receive a refund at this point.

      I ordered neem oil from Kaylee on May 21, 2022. It is now November 25, 2022 and I have yet to receive the product. I have been extremely patient with her on this. I have asked for updates about the order and have been told (see attached) that it takes “35-45+ business days”. After asking for updates, I have received no further communication and demand a refund. Since the owner will not contact me directly I am forced to go this route to be refunded the $35.45 I sent to her. She also has since closed her zelle account so I cannot request the money back from her.
