I hired *******************, Fiberglass at its best on May 22 2022 to re-fiberglass my pool, add tile, a new light, drain, and jets. I have since terminated him on September 20 2022. ******************* is a complete fraud. He received over $7500 (20% deposit, and 30% when started). He has completed 10% of my job over this lengthy period of time. My pool has begun to concave, and he wants nothing to do with it, he shows up 1-2 hours per week, he has NO employees (told me he had 3 full time guys). I have since hired a new company. When they came out, they were very surprised at the extremely low quality of work. I am paying additional money to have them replace the cheap materials and piping ******************* used. He will take your deposit and spend the money on anytime but your project. I have offered **** a chance to refund me $6500 and he doesn't return calls or text. We contracted with said business on 1-21-2020 to refinish our fiberglass pool. Job was completed on 3-16-2020, paid -in-full. On 4-15-2020 there was an issue and it was resolved on 4-22-2020. On 5-28-2020, more problem areas arose and continued through Sept. 2020 with our leaving messages and no results.Initial Complaint

Contract to resurface/gel coat fiberglass pool 12/2020. Drained pool on a Friday and it sat over the weekend and concaved inward and ripped from top to midway down side of pool collapsing the entire side of the pool that was previously in perfect shape. Had 2 other companies give an estimate to fix the collapse $12k-$21k. Owner said he would fix it at no additional cost since it was drained improperly. This was supposed to be a 2-3 week job Home Electric and utility cost was about 500$ per month while he was there for 8 months. Even now in August 2021 never finished the job. The gel coat is peeling and my pool looks worse that it did when I hired him. He kept saying there was another problem to get extra $1000's of dollars. The gel coat is peeling and bubbling and the pool shape is horrible. I can never sell my house with this pool not being completely replaced. The wall will collapse anytime with the cement poured down the side. It is causing cracks from front yard to back.
