John designed a situation he can't fix. One rotating sprinkler head in each corner does not reach the middle. After 7 yrs of Challenger being being my exclusive provider, they dropped me because they don't know fix the brown spots in the center of my yard. A Representative was here 3 times last year and the problem still isn't fixed . I wrote Mr. Sirvant a letter. His office staff called to make an appt for for him to meet with me. HE WAS A NO-SHOW! She insulted me accusing me of trying to get "something for nothing after 7 years". I have NEVER received anything from them free in 7 years and I never expected to. I have paid them everytime they were here before their service man left! That's a fine way to treat a good-paying , faithful customer who has stayed with the company for 7 years. All I wanted is for the problem John designed to be corrected. If they can't correct it and have treated me in such rude, insulting manner, I can only move on and find someone who is better at design and is polite and appreciates a faithful, good-paying customer. **************************

In the past when using Challenger for my irrigation I haven't had an issue until this last time. They sent a different technician than they have in the past. He said he fixed my sprinkler heads, but 2 that I complained about were still broken. I also wanted a quote to fix or add a zone to my system. I never got a quote and the technician said he would do it on the side to not go through them. I called back to complain about it and Amber was rude about it at first. Then she called me back to see if they sent two different technicians out if I would send her the quotes they give me to add a zone and cap off one as nothings is growing there and we are going to do something else. I agreed. I told her the two quotes. They were suspecting one of the technicians was stealing from them and doing side work using their materials and the company not getting paid. The one tech told me he does do this. I did not sign any documents but told them I would be in touch once we figure out what we wanted to do and when to do the work. The next day I have orange spray paint on my lawn as USIC was out looking for electric lines. The next day red spray paint as cable lines were being located. I never said we were getting the work done, yet they send someone out and have my yard that was just replaced spray painted like I was doing a job with them. I trusted them up until now. I won't use them again. When I tried to talk to her and she had a screaming kid in the background and the only solution was reprimanding someone for this and coming to mow my yard. I don't trust them to do anything anymore. They really need to investigate who did this and no longer allow them to work for the company.
