            I got charged to my credit card for a service that the mention above hotel did not provide. I booked a reservation online to stay on feb 27th of 2022 and to check out on feb 28th 2022. The condition on the room was unacceptable. The carpet was filthy. The Phone was not connected, the Tv did not work. The reason of my staying was business and the internet connection did not worked and i got blocked. The check in agent was rude and with poor customer service skills equally the manager whom fully aware made not effort to provide the expect service. FALSE Advertisement.. after waiting for 45 minutes to get the situation fixed I checked out. the agent refuse to cxl the reservation and provide me with a copy of the cancelation. I returned the next morning to speak to the manager in person JESSICA she refuse also to reimburse for a SERVICE that was not PROVIDED. Nobody should go through this experience. As I mention to her I will submit also my review of this experience
