      services that were not rendered. Company wanting to collect monies on job performed.*** the owner stated to me ,in a lengthy phone conversation, he knows and was aware of an employee that was not treating lawns. *** stated he knew that the employee was treated lawns correctly due to the fact the tanks on the truck was never refilled. *** had to finally fire the employee. *** stated about 2-3 weeks ago he would make good and treat the lawns. Stated He does want to take our money for a job that was never done. Now the office is demanding payment for job not done. They are threatening me to collections also this company has changed their name to GOOD NEIGHBOR. OMG. ISSUES AND RED FLAGS

      *******************, you had 3 accounts with us and all were over 90 days past due so no further services were rendered and your accounts have been cancelled as bad debt and assigned to our third party collection agency. This was all explained to you. On the date of service you mentioned there was 2 technician on the route that date and confirmed your service was completed. You didnt have any issues until demand for the payment on your 3 accounts that were seriously delinquent were made. You can call our office to make payment in full on your accounts or collection efforts will continue. Thanks.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      2 accounts were past due. 1 account paid in full. However the 2 accounts were not paid due to services not rendered. Owner stated that the employee he hired was not testing lawns, including the 2 accounts. He stated the employee never filled the tanks to treat lawns. My family member even spoke to this employee as he came to the property. He said he was just looking at the property. I was being billed for no service. that employee was fired. I am sure he tainted the name of this company,***** the new name. This outstanding balance should be sponged due to service yes not rendered. The owner even told me that on the phone.

      *******************, you had 3 accounts with us and all were over 90 days past due, you paid on one account so no further services were rendered at the other 2 locations and your accounts have been cancelled as bad debt and assigned to our third party collection agency. This was all explained to you. On the date of service you mentioned there was 2 technician on the route that date and it was confirmed your service was completed. You didnt have any issues until demand for the payment on your 3 accounts that were seriously delinquent were made. The 2 accounts in mention both started service 4-14-23 and only received 1 payment on 5-3-23. In 5 months 1 payment was received on these 2 properties and your best excuse is they were not serviced. As for your assumptions! We own both a pest control and pool company and at the advice of our accountant merged the 2 and rebranded as 1 company. There is nothing wrong with our company reputation. Back to the matter at hand! You can call our office to make payment in full on your accounts or collection efforts will continue including placing liens on both properties. Thanks.

      This is a lawn care company that did not treat cinch bug problem. I repeatedly brought this to their attention. Kept telling me it was hot spots. I then recieve a notice from my bank that a payment I made via bill pay was returned due to change of address. I immediately called their office to get a correct address and again mentioned the issue I was having with my lawn. Instead of offering to correct the problem the lady I spoke with said I was late with payment and owed $15 late fee. Did not offer to help with lawn issue. In an email from the owner he said if I had called them the fee could have been corrected. I did call. I referred this company to at least 3 other neighbors who have all had issues and since cancelled their service. At the time I started service with them the owner indicated that he had worked for other companies and that they diluted their chemicals to the point they didn't work as well and that's why he started his own company. Other companies didn't kill my lawn

This customer never had a chinch bug issue, my technicians have been telling her since February about her watering habits and the need for her to get an irrigation inspection due to hot spots and drought stress being evident in her yard. This complaint is not about chinch bugs. This is an upset former customer who is disgruntled because we refused to waive a legitimate late fee from her account. We have been in contact with Mrs. **** and before today she never mentioned chinch bugs. Her real complaint is that we will not waive her late fee, and as you can see that was not even mentioned. Mrs. **** threatened me about going to the BBB if I did not remove the late fee, but failed to even make mention of a late fee in her complaint. I have a A+ rating with the BBB and strive to provide outstanding customer service so that we maintain that rating. I will be also providing you with a complete history of all notes from this account that are dated and timestamped so that you can see that month after month the only issues discussed between Mrs. **** and my technicians were about her lawn being dry and her needing to get an irrigation inspection done. Have had 2 other companies confirm this was cinch bugs. Sprinkler system has been checked and was operating g correctly. Technicians were told repeatedly. They advised that products put down would kill bugs. It did not. Had another company finally spray and stopped the spread. Neighbor across from me used the same company and also had large dead spots from cinch bugs. This customer never mentioned anything about chinch bugs. She was advised over and over her lawn was dry and suffering from drought stress. We have another customer in the same neighborhood that waters his lawn as instructed and his lawn looks great. He has been a customer for almost 5 years and always followed proper mowing and watering instructions. Please see the attached photos of some of our lawns that follow the proper mowing and watering instructions. Thanks.
