**** and his crew showed up earlier than scheduled. I am always happy when someone comes on time or early. I asked him to make sure all penetrations were taken care of. His crew reported that they would ******** penetrations and put fiberglass insulation in areas where needed, and then put the vapor barrier over top staple in place. Work was completed within one hour of arrival. I requested photographs of each penetration before and after. If this is something you find very important, make sure you are very specific and hold **** to it. He told me he would provide but one of his crew Was the person I ultimately dealt with regarding photographs and I was not completely satisfied with the result. They couldnt tell me how many repairs were made, and I didnt get photographs of all of the repaired areas. My request *** have been overkill. I hope not.Review from Ronald C

I highly recommend TLC anchor and barrier. Truly impressed with every aspect of the replacement of our vapor barrier and install of vinyl soffit along perimeter. Found a couple of issues and gave us excellent recommendations for resolving small water leak and cracked sewer pipe. Also noticed armadillo hole which they covered. Delayed completion of vapor barrier install until these issues were resolved which was much appreciated...could have easily continued and say not my problem. ****, ******, and **** ...all 5star guys!!!Affordable, reliable, knowledgeable. My wife and I found ourselves in an unfortunate situation: our floors throughout the house were ruined by water. We were fortunate enough to choose TLC. We found **** and his team of ****, ****** and ******* to be knowledgeable, experienced, honorable and professional, both individually and as a team working together. That gave us the confidence that the repair job would be done well, and it was! We highly recommend them, and we wholeheartedly give them a five star rating! ******** 12/8/23Review from DonaldJ

Chad and his crew began the job with gusto. However after installing 3/4 " plywood which looked like a stage in the middle of the room and was a huge tripping hazard, we asked if it could be replaced with the more appropriate 5/8 " thickness for a mobile home. His reaction was very unprofessional and told us to "keep our ******* money, get someone else ! " I would never recommend this group to repair floors or barriers.TLC Anchor and Barrier, LLC Response

We are very disappointed to receive the feedback from this customer. The customer signed a contract with our company to have a partial part of the sub-floor replaced due to damage. This is an older mobile home and had multiple spots that needed to be replaced. When we were contracted we fixed a small area and explained the sub-flooring needed the 3/4" plywood and showed them how it would be laid in the mobile home, the customer agreed at that time. If the 5/8" plywood would have been used the floor would dip down and in a few years have to be replaced again. They also said it needed to be done sooner then later so we scheduled the crew to work on a Saturday to make the customer happy. When our Crew arrived the lady customer told our crew to take off their shoes and work with no shoes on their feet. We would not allow this due to safety concerns. She was not happy at this point. Our crew worked for 8 hours on a Saturday to replace about half of the sub-flooring in the mobile home. This customer was aware before installation on the materials that were being used. This mobile home also needed new Vapor Barrier to be installed to protect the ply-wood from the ground moisture. After the job was completed the customer explained they did not have the money so Chad made arrangements for the customer to make payments and said he would be back after Labor Day to pick up the first payment. When Chad arrived they said they did not have the money. This customer complained about everything from the time our crew arrived to the time Chad went back to pick up the payment. Chad tried to make them happy but was not successful offering multiple solutions. Our company had bought the material and paid our crew for the job and the customer was not willing to pay. In most mobile homes either laminate flooring or carpet is installed that helps with these transitions but this customer said they were painting the plywood floor. We are under consideration on putting a lien on the property for the payment for our companies contracted work. We have been in business for over 4 years and have done thousands of jobs and always have great reviews but this customer just would not work with us. We are not willing to repair sub-flooring, or any repairs, incorrectly which would then lead to bigger issues for our customers, or damage our business reputation as one that can be trusted to do a job the right way.Customer Response

In rely to this fabrication of lies: no contract was signed by us the homeowners. Chad wrote and signed his estimate. I NEVER requested anyone remove shoes! the offer to work on Saturday was by John, an employee. The financing was pre-arranged at the time of the estimate and painting of the plywood was sarcasm. Nevertheless, none of this excuses his profanity. The plywood subfloor has since been replaced so there is no longer a tripping hazard and we will be installing lovely manufactured hardwood
