I purchased a 2019 F250 Super duty and have had it maintained religiously every 3000 miles. My last oil change 3 weeks ago, I looked over my report and noticed a note that said oil leak. The service team never mentioned this to me, yet let me know my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I called to ask what it was about and was told "sorry we meant to mention that to you, you will have to return to have it diagnosed for $89. I returned for the diagnostics today 4/30 and then was told it was going to be an additional $199 for a check engine diagnostic that any auto zone could do for free. Once they were done they told me it had not one but two oil leaks and was reading a code of P2002, the part alone is over $5900. All in I was quoted nearly $12000 in repairs. My trucks warranty just expired last month and I feel this information was withheld from me on purpose. I have been loyal to this company, even purchasing my last truck a ***** that never had any issues. As a woman I feel this company has taken advantage of me with repairs and now making me question why I ever purchased a **** to begin with. I'm very disappointed and financially not capable of coming up with the funds needed to make these repairs.

Contacted customer and explained that the Particulate filter is a maintenance item and is covered by **** under the 3 year ****** mile factory warranty. The customer has ****** miles and is well out of warranty for that filter. The warranty for the oil leak ended on 3/26/24 . All previous inspections that were done here show no prior oil leak. **** pays dealers extremely well for repairs covered under warranty and for the dealer and customer it is more beneficial to repair under a Warranty so the customer doesn't incur any expense and the dealer doesn't have to ask a customer for monies for an expensive repair. We did however contact **** on behalf of the customer to ask for financial assistance for them. We were able to get **** Motor Company to assist the customer with $1,294.68 toward the oil leak repair. We contacted customer again after we received ****'s response and let them know. The customer let us know they were going to get it repaired at a private non-**** shop instead.

Hello. This is about a price and how auto dealerships are price gouging. All the **** dealers I have been to are doing the same thing. I attached the invoice on this Lightning **** pick up. **** motors put out a statement asking dealers not to upcharge for the new lightning as its intended for average income citizens. However, the markup on the truck was ****** dollars. This was at Flammer **** in Spring Hill, **. **** of ********************* had an upcharge of ****** on a similar truck. There was no picture of that because they know of ****s asking not to upcharge. This price was verbal. The base truck is ****** they wanted ******. I did call **** Motors and they were also not happy. However, I do not expect a response back. They said they are seeking a resolution. I am writing to make sure others do not get sucked into this money making scheme. As I stated the invoice is attached They Label their ****** overcharge as an availability fee. The American citizens need help at this point. I need a new vehicle but as they are all out to make money this is not possible.I ask this because I know when hurricane season comes citizens are asked to expose gougers. This feels like the same thing.

We called **************** and told him the vehicle is not for sale and there is a not for sale sticker on the bottom right of the front windshield.  He is now aware of our pricing for order units and was thankful i called. He said he would come see us for future service work if needed.
