On May 3rd, I ordered the New Video Game scented candle. I immediately received an e-mail saying I would be notified when my order was shipped and no payment would be due until the order was fulfilled. However, I was immediately charged $32. Most companies I've ordered a candle from, no matter how small, have shipped within a week or two. After two months without receiving the candle or any kind of update, I sent an e-mail informing them that I had been charged but had not received my candle. It has now been over fourth months since I was charged for the candle, and I have sent two more e-mails requesting a refund or at least an update on the supposed candle's status. Clicking the "edit or cancel order" link in the e-mail I was initially sent takes me to a page informing me that there's an error and my original order can't be found. I have not received any kind of response to my e-mails. It is becoming more and more apparent that they've taken my money and yet there seems to be no chance of receiving the merchandise I paid for or even any contact from Billington Farms.Review from Grant L

Fraudulent company. They do not fulfill orders. They will not return emails. Your receipt is useless. You will not get your candle. They should be sued. -7 stars

Ordered a jet fuel candle over a month ago. No order updates since. Emailed support two weeks ago, no response. Disputed the charge with Amex. Don't bother with this company.Review from Dina C

Ordered candles on 11/28/23, they promptly charged my card. I had not received tracking by 12/6 so I emailed their support email and got not response. I tried again on 12/9, and again got no response. On 12/14 I logged signed into my account and cancelled my order. I received an email confirming that my order was cancelled. 6 weeks later Im still trying to get my refund. Do not order from these guys.Review from Ellen B

Ordered a candle on Dec 26th after writing a few emails regarding the status of my order no response from them. This company is still advertising on instagram for their candles and no comments can be made. After coming here I am coming to the conclusion this business is a scam. DO NOT ORDERReview from Kelby F

Never received candles. Had to dispute with my credit card company. Billington Farms is a scam.
