I used all comfort for duct cleaning and havoc service. Their maintenance service program. The next day the ac was completely freezing over. Something it wasn’t doing before the service. I called and requested they come back out and fix what they did. They wanted to charge me full price even though they were here two days prior. I went to another ac company who informed me that all comfort performed no maintenance besides filter change. Coils were filthy, drain line clogged etc.. I was also informed the unit is no longer holding gas which was not an issue two days prior when all comfort had their technician here. I was told it was a little low and was optional. It needed a lb of gas tops. The new company put over 3# and still low. Obvious damage was done by all comfort when they were hired to better the unit. Management was absolutely no help. I was told he could not trust my word and I could have drained the gas intentionally. I have a new born baby it’s 100 degrees in fl today and because I chose all comfort for a routine service I’m now 1400 dollars in the hole with no ac.Business response
