Purchased our product Feb 2020 Delivered Aug 2022 They only want your money, and they hope to frustrate you enough that you will walk away and ***** they legally have your deposit. They control when you get your product. The blueprints are not complete and do not include mechanicals but will take for months to get. The delivery is very expensive (ours was 20K) and they will not provide a bill of lading, so you have to take their word for what the cost is. You get it when they decide they want to give it to you. We had 3 different delivery dates. We had alot of missing material that we had to buy. Ours was supposed to be up to the dry in but we had to purchase a ridge beam or we could not get the roof dried in. Do trust any of the contractors on their "list". One of our windows came broken and it took 4 months to replace. Communication is difficult because no one answers phone or email until they want something from you. ************* is a very rude arrogant man. We had to get a 3rd party involved to ensure we were not going to be scammed by this company. They did not like that at all. Threatened to contact my bank to tell them we lied to get our loan and were committing fraud. Sent me a cease and ***** email on their letterhead with spelling and grammar errors because I was complaining on FB about them. I have this all in emails. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere,

I would like to correct a typo. Do Not trust the "list" of contractors. They provided a list of contractors making sure to state they were not employees but had built log homes with them before.

This Original Log Cabin Homes are very unscrupulous. Buyer be aware.BBB will not publish in ** all the complaints. They have $31,191 for 2 years on a 90 day delivery order...no delivery and ************ refuses to respond or return $$$.How do they have an A+ rating, with so many complaints and NO good reports. I did 1 star so as to publish.

We respectfully disagree with the presentation of facts and circumstances as presented by ******************** company. We responded several different times in a factual manner to the BBB in **************.. ******************** company Breached its Contract by failing to take e delivery of its order. We are still everready to deliver its order when we receive the final payment due as per the terms of the purchase contract.

This has been a horrible experience, they are over a month late on getting us plans that were due to us by June 17th, now it is July 27th. They gauge you for more and more money even after you have paid. Told ** our windows did not meet ************** requirements, well aren't they based out of **************? Shouldn't that be a requirement? We try to get help and the assistant just says I am sorry I cannot help. This will not be the only place that I help people become aware of the wrong doing. They say once you pay a certain percentage that you will be able to get the build started and done within 3 months, this isn't true. We have paid all of our money and no progress. How do businesses run this way? It is called false advertisement. We so wanted to have a great experience. Unfortunately they will not be building anymore of our homes once this one gets done which hopefully will be sooner than later. We should have gone with an accredited BBB business, our fault.

I have read and have reviewed the transaction of the log home purchase. ******************** purchased a Builder/Dealer wholesale log home package at a substantial discount rather then a retail log home package. The building materials in her contract where listed in accordance with the standard building code. Unfortunately, her specific building site location requires upgrades to the standard building codes. This included an upgrade to the standard windows. Also, the building inspector required that the blueprints be sealed by a third party licensed engineer. Our company submitted the blueprints to the engineering company and we are awaiting there return. We have pushed for a faster turn around from the engineering company to no avail. We all must be patient for this. The requirements to obtain a building permit are very easy to receive from the building inspection department.As a builder/dealer, she should have know all the requirement to obtain a building permit for her log home when she ordered the kit. Unfortunately she did not. Her purchase specifications should have been changed when she ordered the log home kit.Our company is a supplier like Lowes and *********** nothing more.All of our advertising and marketing supports this fact.We are not the building contractor, project manager or building inspector.Again, she can be assured that our company will deliver her log home package in accordance to her purchase contract agreement. ******************** has a customer service rep. she can call every day for any information about her purchase.

My Husband ************************* and I *************************** spend alot of money on the two log cabins that we were going to build but then covid came and recently my dad passed away so I don't need the other cabin and now *************** (vice President) says we can't get our money back and we have over $50,000 invested in the layaway plan and *************** says we have to sell our plans ourself if we want to get out of the contract. Since covid and the price jump on all building materials the builder says it will cost us $325,000 to build for their cost thats not even including shipping so what we were told from the salesman was a lie and we want our money back and the company wont refund us. If anyone can hear me please help me.

Our company has thousands of customers. We are rated A+ by the BBB. We have a 94% customer satisfaction rating. Like all maunfacturers, we ordered custom logs, lumber and building materials at a frozen price for their custom log home ordered. Our Terms and Conditions of Sale states clearly that all deposits are non refundable and was agreed to by their signatures.Their purchase contract allows them to sell their interest in their contract to a third party new buyer or delay delivery to some future time period. Thus, they should never loose their deposit.
